As it was April, I have no idea whether heating or A/C works. Room coffee is awful ... but it is everywhere! I had yogurt for breakfast. Property close to all traveling needs, fuel (turn right for Casey's, 1 mile on right), fast food, and 9 miles on US 44 a straight shot to Downstream Casino."

It is complete with a beautiful sunroom which has a futon for extra guests, spacious formal dining room, with large table & seating for 6. The spacious kitchen you will find stocked with all the essentials, also 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with 2 twin beds. (Also full size air mattress just in case) The sunroom which could be considered a 3rd bedroom has a fold out futon, with bedding underneath. Fenced in backyard, with chairs for relaxing and landscaping in the works. You will enjoy the neighborhood Walmart marketplace only one mile away. Enjoy a beautiful stroll at Cunningham Park nearby while the kids play on the large playground or basketball courts. We will accept pets on a case by case basis, just ask.

One long term male guest already there. Friendly, very quiet. Very rarely (a couple days 2-3 times a year) someone is visiting town will stay in the third bedroom but during that time the bath would be shared. The dogs are mostly outside or in the other tenants room but they will be up in your business if you are on the patio or let them inside. :-)

Other things to note
We do allow pets that are good with other animals. We have secure outdoor kennel and indoor crates available.
The home is very dated, but functional and a nice setting. About 1 mile from MercyHospital, not far off I 44 exit.
Cleaner comes for common areas twice a month but both tenants must clean up after themselves and clean their own rooms during their stay.

Modern feel home, with some inconspicuous antique touches and sporty flair. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood near both hospitals, KCUMB (5-7 min walk/less than 2 min drive), downtown, Downstream Casino, shopping/restaurants, parks, walking trails, Route 66, & I-44.

***There is a single street spot directly in front of the house which is almost always free; this is the preferred spot for guests to park. ***Small dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis. An additional fee may be required, if extra cleaning is needed after checkout, including due to shedding.

***A $50 cleaning fee will be charged for guests who show signs/symptoms of being sick, due to the extra time/supplies needed to do an enhanced deep cleaning/sanitizing. When guests appear sick, I double sanitize all areas, to ensure the safety and wellbeing for future guests, as much as possible.

This is such a cute and cozy apartment. Very well decorated with nice artwork, contemporary furniture and rug, nice curtains, and lots of extras including coffee maker with coffee and creamer, pots and pans and some basic cooking essentials, and bathroom supplies. It is the perfect home away from home.

Cozy upstairs one-bedroom apartment all to yourself! "Unit B" offers everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay in this home away from home.

The space
This is a 1950’s garage apartment - complete with arched doorways.

You enter the upstairs apartment (NOTE: must climb about 8 steep- ish stairs to get inside) to find a darling living room, which has a smart tv, couch and comfy chair. The living room leads into the one bedroom with queen bed.

The bathroom is well-stocked with linens, an array of quality soaps, shampoos, and conditioner. Everything you need to take a relaxing bath or shower.

The kitchen has what you will need to eat and cook a meal or just warm something in the microwave. In addition to the stove, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, we have a coffee pot that you can use to brew fresh coffee and a toaster. We keep some basic kitchen supplies for your use too, such as olive oil, salt, pepper, and a fresh jug of cold water. All kitchen utensils and supplies are provided for you.

The unit has great parking. We ask that guests park on the right side of the "parking lot" to the unit. There is easily enough room for two vehicles to pull in, and also street parking is available too.

The neighborhood is near I-44, the hospitals (just a couple of minutes), several restaurants (Moe's, Schlotzsky's, Tropical Smoothie), two pharmacies (Walgreens & CVS), Mercy Park, the tornado memorial, and much more.

This space is ideal for 1-2 adults. There is room for an additional child but it may get cramped. It’s a great space but small. This apartment would be ideal for a longer term stay.

Blackout shades at all windows for day sleepers. Many little extras are provided. Linens are washed and sanitized after each guest.

**Recent remodel!** This piece of Joplin history is a great place to stay if you're coming in for an event or work. This home features a luxury queen mattress, a futon couch, a fully equipped kitchen, & cozy outdoor seating--not to mention its a short walk to Ewert Park's pool, playground & trails!
Just a few blocks from Joplin's downtown night life, dining & entertainment options are a short drive away or DoorDash and UberEats are available for that quiet night in.

The space
This is a great place to stay if you're coming in for an event or work. It's on a private street away from the main strip, so traffic is minimal. It is best for up to 2 adults and 2 kids as the couch lays down to about a full size bed in addition to the Puffy brand mattress in the bedroom. It is a minimal space but has nice furnishings, expensive toilet paper, stays as hot or cold as you want, and everything else you might need. If you need something specific, let me know and I'll do my best to make it happen.

**We recently experienced damage to the grass between the driveway and the front porch. We are in the process of having the front yard re-leveled and seeded and the driveway re-graveled. The walkway from the driveway to the porch may be muddy and not safe for rolling suitcases. We will update the listing once it has been completed.

You are welcome to the whole house and yard. The parking lot to the south is not our property. Please park in the gravel driveway on the north side of the house or off the street.
