- "nice, well equipped house. Unfortunately the shower drainage was seriously blocked. It was repaired in the afternoon.We missed one set of laundry which we luckily noticed just before closing time of the reception. On the second day in the evening one of our cars couldn't pass as the barrier didn't open, the person who we called with the intercom couldn't solve the problem. so one of us walked up to our chalet in the pouring rain to get the chip for passing. All not serious problems and they were solved but could have been avoided just as well"

Skiing for the more experienced skier with more challenge Winterberg can be reached in 10 minutes and you can park for free at various car parks.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed. One bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and an alcove bed (0.80 x 1.80) with space for 2 children. A bathroom with shower and a spacious bathroom with bathtub are available.

Location
The Sauerland Lodge is located in Winterberg/Niedersfeld in the upper area of the “Auf der Heide” vacation park. The proximity and walking distance of Lake Hillebach (about 500 m away) with its
water ski facility and connection to a café, swimming bay and open spaces with playground offer a high level of leisure activities for the summer months. In this context, the go-kart track in the west of Niedersfeld, an indoor playground and the adventure golf course are also worth mentioning in the catchment area of Niedersfeld. The Sauerland Lodge property is also located at the foot of the Hochheide excursion destination, which, together with the Hochheide Hütte, forms a supra-regional attraction. In the winter months, the Eschenberg ski lifts offer ski and toboggan enthusiasts a forum with one of the longest descents in the Sauerland. The proximity to Winterberg (10 km, 15 minutes by car) as one of the winter sports centers in the Sauerland completes the offer.

Panorama in the open-plan living/cooking area through large window fronts in the kitchen or by the fireplace. Everything is available, from a fully automatic coffee machine to a waffle iron. The upper floor offers three bedrooms with box-spring beds for 6 people. The bathroom has a free-standing bath and a walk-in shower. Our luxurious vacation home "PanoramaChalet Winterberg" is located on the edge of the Winterberg hilltop village of Neuastenberg at the foot of the Kahler Asten at 750m above sea level.
The house in a fantastic location invites you to relax with its panorama.
From the entire first floor you have an almost 360° view of the fields, forests, valley and mountains of the Sauerland.
There are numerous cycling and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The family ski area "Postwiese", which in addition to the ski slopes also has 2 toboggan runs with lift or conveyor belt, can also be reached on foot. There you will also find a ski and snowboard school, equipment hire facilities, as well as refreshment and apres ski options.

You will find absolute peace and quiet at night in 2 high-quality box-spring beds and a divisible double bed.

The start of the new day is up to you, whether you set off on a bike tour, a hike along the Rothaarsteig trail behind the property, a day of skiing and tobogganing in the Postwiese family ski area within walking distance or the hustle and bustle of the Winterberg ski carousel. Even the bike park can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.

Behind the carport there is a lockable room for bicycles, skis and snowboards in which 2 rental toboggans are available for our guests. From here you can also access the spacious terrace with gas barbecue and the garden where you can enjoy the full power of the sun.
