You’ll be using a shared shower and toilet with other guests (separated by gender). "

Other things to note
You’ll have our beautiful vessel all to yourself, nestled in the lively heart of the city. Spend your afternoons enjoying the panoramic views, firing up the BBQ, and creating memories with family and friends. However, please note that due to the nature of the houseboat, it is not accessible for those with mobility challenges—our sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
Guest Interaction: Upon your arrival, your host will personally meet you at the marina to provide you with the marina key and boat key. We’ll also take the time to walk you through the vessel, ensuring you’re familiar with all its features and ready to enjoy your stay to the fullest.



Liability Waiver:
You understand that you stay at your own risk and that special risks may be involved due to the proximity to water and stairs. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from your stay and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person who is intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant.

You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner.

Please note:
– All guests must hold valid travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, accidents, cancellations, and property loss.
– All guests must be confident swimmers due to the risks associated with staying near open water.
– For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted to stay onboard.
