Welcome to our spacious, self-contained studio apartment with vaulted ceilings and air conditioning. Nestled in the garden at the back, it's adjacent to a saltwater pool and overlooks private landscaped gardens.

Completed in January 2023, this purpose-built studio offers a comfy King-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster oven, a one-burner induction stovetop, and a full-sized fridge. The modern bathroom includes a shower, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

You'll have access to a shared washing machine in the garage, with an outside line for drying, a second line in the garage for rainy days, and a dryer for emergencies. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available.

There is ample street parking on our wide, quiet residential street.

Freshwater is a safe neighborhood with easy access to town. It’s about a 12-minute drive to catch ferries to Green Island, Fitzroy Island, or Great Barrier Reef tours. There’s also a bike path into town if you prefer cycling. The Northern Beaches are about a 20-minute drive away, and the Tablelands are perfect for a day trip. The international airport is just a 12-minute drive away.

Guest access
Access is through the right-hand front gate, following the fence line to the back of the property. The self-contained suite is located behind and adjacent to the swimming pool.

While the unit could be wheelchair accessible, please note there is one step to the pool deck, and you need to pass through two pool gates to reach the front veranda and door.

Other things to note:

The property owners (three people) live onsite. They won’t use the pool when you’re home, as it is around the corner but adjacent to your deck. However, they might take a dip if you’re out. There's an outdoor shower, toilet, and bathtub that guests are welcome to share with the homeowners.

Please note, this is a large lot within a suburb, so you may hear typical neighborhood sounds like people using their pools, mowing lawns, and occasional dogs barking. Overall, it’s mostly peaceful with occasional neighbor noises.

Unique beachfront shack nestled in the quiet streets of Holloways Beach. Just 10mins from the Airport and 15mins from the CBD, this is one of few absolute beachfront locations in Cairns offering a place to escape.

The cosy open living accom has sea views from the deck and front rooms. With direct beach access, all you have to do is step off the deck. Here you can enjoy a cuppa or quiet beverages looking out over the sea. Experience falling asleep listening to the waves gently lapping the shore.

Great location for beach lovers staying in Cairns. This shack provides a simple rustic getaway for single, couples and families to relax.

This beach shack is a small cottage offering open plan living. The front sleeping area features a queen bed area with plantation louvers and the main room features a king bed with curtained doors. There is a full kitchen with all the essentials, a tv room with air conditioning and bathroom with facilities to do laundry.

The ocean is just 60m from the front deck and a Safe netted swim zone is 500m from house during the wet season (operational seasonal). For those that enjoy fishing, throw a line from anywhere along the shore.

PRIVATE Entrance is Via a simple slide bolt gate, driveway on the Right-hand side of the Property. The wide path leads to the Rear of the Property and your Newly appointed Self Contained Cottage. The Driveway allows easy access with Travel Bags and Freedom for you to Come and Go as you please - at all hours

1.5 Km from the city centre on a quiet street. 25 Dunn st is a quaint colonial style tropical cottage set in a lush garden with 2 outdoor sitting areas overlooking a large fishpond. NOT SUITABLE FOR TODDLERS. (Lots of water)
2 AIR CONDITIONED bedrooms with queen size beds. A complete, fully equiped house.
THE LIVING/KITCHEN AREA ARE NOT AIR CONDITIONED, however ceiling fan, louvered walls and bifold door offer good through ventilation.
