Private and leafy. Stairs up to loft.
Could sleep an extra person downstairs on an air mattress. Recent buid. Clean and tidy Very close to everything Launceston has to offer. Electricity, kettle. Freezing cold in winter, you may wish to sleep downstairs! Sincere apologies, requests without past reviews/referees can't be accepted for security reasons.
