- "We really liked the downstairs arrangement with the dining area, sitting room and conservatory. the upstairs would have been much better if there had been a bathroom available. One inside bathroom downstairs was not adequate for a 5-bedroomed house. It would be a good idea to have a notice on the door of the recycling area so it is clear when the bins need to be put out - we didn't see the notice in the house until it was too late. Also suggest that some toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets be provided - there were none."

- "Wonderful views from the bungalow the accommodation was very fresh clean and spacious, we have stayed in many many self catering lets and this is well up there as being one of the best. The hill from the village up to the bungalow would be a challenge for those with a hip or knee/walking problem, however there's plenty of parking available at the National Trust car park right in the centre of the village. The two local pubs offer a good food and drink selection, and the other shops including a brilliant bakers, fish and chip shop, spar, cafes, and ice cream parlour are all of good quality.
