Thank you!!" - "Peaceful and Quiet" - "Clean, recently renovated, and adequately furnished--more light in the living area would be a plus. The location is outside of Punta Gorda, which has upsides and downsides. The location is pretty quiet, except for some not too intrusive road noise. I like to walk and bike out the door, and the location is not good for that--a drive is required. The unique thing about this property is the location on Shell Creek--very nice view from the patio door. Paddled on Shell Creek with the provided kayak several times and saw herons, egrets, a pelican, and half a dozen alligators. Definitely the best thing about the property. More and better kayaks would be a plus."

- "We loved this place. It's cute, waterfront, secluded, with access to the Peace River. We were so happy there, we asked to stay an extra couple days. It would have been nice if the owner had not charged us a double cleaning fee, when the place was not cleaned twice. Owner did not respond to our attempts to reach him about this. Shady rental, overall."

Bring your fishing poles! The bungalow is on a reservoir where you can enjoy beautiful and peaceful days on the dock!

To access the bungalow, you will drive down the main driveway towards the water. You will pass over the small culvert/bridge and be able to park in the turnaround in front of the bungalow.

- "We loved the peaceful atmosphere on the water, the proximity to fun and room to stretch out. The bed was perfect and it was a nice stay. The issue we had was with the dock and using the equipment there. After capsizing a canoe, it was a struggle to get out of the murky water. A ladder or better dock system is needed"

- "Very responsive in communication. Had a little issue with hot water, quick follow up with resolution to get it up and running again. They were going to replace the unit after we left The unit was very clean. It was great to have acces to laundry too."
