We are on a corner lot in a quiet, safe neighborhood just 3 miles off Highway 41 (Tamiami Trail) Located just minutes from the nearest Walmart and Publix grocery store and about 5 minutes from Lowes, Home Depot, TJMax, Hobby Lobby, Panera, Starbucks, Apple Bees, etc. We are located about 5 miles from Warm Mineral Springs, about 13-15 miles from the nearest beaches, including Venice Fishing Pier where you will find the famous Sharky s restaurant. About 22 miles to the #1 beach in North America, Siesta key Beach and about 20 miles to the Boca Grande lighthouse and beach. We are about 20 min from Port Charlotte Town Center and 45 min from Punta Gorda's Fisherman's Village, and about an hour from St Petersburg
Our home does have a RING doorbell. No pets and no parties . Back lanai door is protected by motion light and camera. Only registered guests sleep over and never more than 4 people in our home, please. No garage usage, private driveway. no boats, campers, no trailers. Door code will be texted/emailed to guests 24 hours prior to check in
