This condo has the largest footprint of all the Verandas as it is an end unit with 2 good size bedrooms and a den that can comfortably sleep 2 additional adults. The kitchen is well supplied with the usual appliances, blenders and coffee machines, the utensils are plentiful and heavy duty and the pots and pans are brand new. TV's everywhere. The owner was instantaneously responsive to questions. Great stay. 5 star accommodations."

- "This condo is gorgeous. It was very clean and the decor was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, small appliances, pots and pans etc. There is a great view out the back where you will see a lovely lake. Just a few minute drive to the amenity centre where you’ll find the fantastic pool, fitness room and Tiki Bar. We played lots of golf on the two 18-hole courses. The whole Lakewood Ranch area is lovely with great restaurants and shopping. Close to the UTC shopping area makes this a great location and it is close to Siesta Key beach and downtown Sarasota. We are excited to go again next year."

- "Overall it was an amazing experience. Only real issue we had was that someone must live there in between rentals. Having used VRBO many times we have never run into having someone’s personal items all about the condo. There was a considerable amount of food in the refrigerator and cabinets. And a cabinet full of alcohol? One closet contained clothing but luckily we didn’t need that space. Aside from this initial discomfort feeling, the unit was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. The facilities office manager folks were great when we stopped in to obtain our gate pass. I would definitely recommend going there and working with Steve as an owner. He was fantastic. I know we would surely consider going back there and probably for a longer term if it was available. "

No pets due to family allergies as this is also our family get-away!

This home has everything you need for an extended stay - Lakewood National requires rentals to be one month/30 days or longer. It sleeps up to 7: 2 in the main bedroom, 2 on the foldout couch, and 3 on the queen + twin daybed in the guest room - so just bring your food and drinks and settle in for a wonderful stay!

- "Excellent property with so many fun things to do in the area! Owners are on top of it & fast to respond to questions before we arrived. They kept in touch but, nothing was needed. The condo is furnished with everything to make you feel like you are home. Furnishings are comfy & clean & perfect! The only bad thing is, we had to leave to return to reality. We’d definitely book this condo anytime we return to the Lakewood area."
