The noise from the stereos of the cars and motorcycles were annoying, but expected. We just didn't think bikers liked Black-Eyed Peas so much to blast them on their Harley stereos. It made us laugh, so thanks bikers. We had a clean room, with enough amenities to make this a more-than-satisfactory stay. The parking attendants were a great source of information, as well as always polite and courteous. In regards to the beaches, the local beach access was not crowded by any means. There are more "hot spot" beaches to access up and down the island, but during the Covid pandemic, we didn't want it to be a part of the spread. One beach that is not at all crowded was at Bean Point. Go there to get away from the crowds, and enjoy some ocean life. Plenty of schools of fish, and some starfish, to see. Starfish are most likely covered in the sand under the shallow waters, so you may get lucky to see one, as we did. It slowly buried itself in the sand beneath, which was cool to see. Most restaurants had a 1-2 hour wait, with few having reservations. We ordered to-go from Wicked Cantina to save on time for one meal. Daiquiri Deck was good, and had great service. Bamboo Island Bar had great food and drinks, and excellent service, worthy of date night. Some restaurants we avoided as not all staff wore masks. Great vacation spot. We'll be back! Thanks!"

There is mold on the ceiling in bedroom around light fixture, the walls need to be professionally painted, kitchen could be better equipped, bathroom has holes in wall at the very tiny shower. We arrived late in the evening due to traffic and it was dark very low lighting due to it being turtle nesting season. His wife was in the background shouting “how can they not find it”, then gets on the phone and says I’ve been there 500 times , how can you not find it. Well ma’am we have never been here before and the directions are not very clear and it’s 10pm , not to mention once we finally found it, we took a little walk to see if there was anything at the road marking the turn or showing the condos were at that turn. Other than finding the place it was a decent place to stay. "

Yes, you are staying on a boat however, they make sure you are able to get to your car at whatever time to make it to work at whatever time day or night with free overnight parking. I was a little skeptical at first with it being off of land and out of the ordinary but they made sure it was accommodating for me. They provided disaster relief free food and water. Electricity usage is ran off of a generator and a battery which is more than the hotel I had to pay double for which had no electricity. There are multiple boats with other guests that are being accommodated with as well. This is really something I suggest people to give it a try. I am booking the next week. After you meet the crew you will understand how working hard people despite of the hurricane put all of their needs second to assist people they haven’t even met yet. Pay it forward people! The only issue we had was that it was originally advertised as a 1 BR for $120 a night, when we received our email confirmation, it was 2 BR's for $250 a night. The location is great, the house is a perfect little beach cottage! The representation for what is advertised is disappointing because its more of a beach cottage NOT a room. "

- "This house is everything you would expect from a beach bungalow. It has charm, spaciousness and the location is perfect. The yard is private and shaded. Perfect after a day at the beach. I highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay on the island. Only recommendation to the owners would be to put a bunk bed with trundle in the 2nd bedroom. That way someone doesn’t have to sleep on the couch unless you have a bigger party."
