- "David and Penny are fabulous hosts! Very accommodating from start to finish. We had a room with a bay view. The rain head shower and plenty of water pressure made this the best shower on our trip. The matteras was a bit too bumpy for our liking. Had a delicious meal at dinner. Restaurant is very cozy and very popular! Smoked Scottish salmon to start followed by grilled haddock. Perfect!! Breakfast was very filling and really good. I wish we allowed to stay here for more than 1 night. "

- "We enjoyed our week at Cuillin View. The apartment was as described but we did not appreciate how small it was. Our daughter joined us for a few days and it was a squeeze to accommodate us all (with a dog). The dining chairs were fold up to save space but they were uncomfortable and cushions or better chairs would be an improvement. The draining board next to the sink was tiny and too small for two, let alone 3 people. Finally the WiFi was terrible. Intermittent with a maximum download of 5megabits . Not really acceptable these days!"

- "Very comfortable house, second time we have stayed there in 2021. Super home from home." - "First impressions were disappointing that only part of this property was to be ours for week. The house was comfortable & warm however we had no contact whatsoever from the property manager. There were people in other part of the house who acknowledged us but made no effort to speak so we had no idea whether they had anything to do with the property & it seemed rude to approach them when there was no encouragement to do so. A few issues like no instructions how television worked and no pin available for Skye. TV in bunk room could not be worked. Only two of the chairs at dining table in conservatory were suitable - one on point of collapse the other scruffy with worn covering. There was sufficient crockery, only just, so dishwasher was used a little over half full as not enough to cover 3 daily meals for the 3 of us."
