The pool and courtyard are amazing from its multiple firetables, grill/pizza ovens to its hottub. This is by far the nicest cleanest hotel in Palo Alto. - "This property is gorgeous. Petfect for a tiny family. Amenities are great and much better than houses I have stayed in given they even have keurig coffees, laudry detergent, a few snacks, etc. Location was great for where we were going. The property is gorgeous and the owner is fantastic and quick to reply back if I needed anything. I especially love that everything is energy efficient. It seems like many of the logistics are managed by a system outside of VRBO which made booking more confusing. - "It was most satisfactory" - "The pool and gym were open and uncrowded- something hard to find at this time of Covid closures. Everything was well maintained and beautiful and there was a public park nearby with jogging and biking trails. Only thing I wish the description of the property would mention is that the apartment faces directly toward the nearby freeway. If you open any doors or windows the noise is pretty loud. However, if you turn on the air conditioning and close all the openings, it is fine."

- "The condo is in a very nice and new complex just down the street fro Facebook HQ in Menlo Park. The unit was exactly like the photos. Very new and nicely kept. Complex is very secure - and parking was in a secure garage attached to the building with the unit. Our unit was in the road side of the complex - but the road noise was not too loud. Communication with the rental company was great - and all of the logistics were smooth. We would definitely stay in thIs unit again in the future!"

About 12 minute drive to many restaurants, shopping, target, Stanford, etc. Host was easily accessible. I found the magnetic door key to be a bit difficult at first, but with a little practice got better. You have to really push firmly. Host does say that in instructions, but he really really means it. Kitchen fairly well stocked, lots of spices/seasonings for cooking. Great air fryer, double basket. Could not charge my car, chargers present but needed private access. Host was going to work on so hopefully future guests can charge."

- "Overall the apt was spectacular and clean. My partner and i always wash bedding before use We noticed a good sized yellow stain on the mattress. Other than the the apt. was lovely!!" - "Avoid this, and stay at a real place. Here are the problems we experienced: -Unit is right next to a large trash site, where they make crazy noise every morning at 7-8am. Hope you didn't plan on sleeping in on vacation -Giant yellow stain on mattress, very gross. -Poor communication with 'Global luxury suites' They will send you lots of forms that "need to be signed immediately" but then if you have a request it will take them several days to even respond without addressing your concern. -Smoke alarms go off every night at 2am. Hope you didn't plan on sleeping through the night. Don't forget, you'll wake up at 8am from the trash site noise also, so have fun. -No hot water from the faucets. you'll get hot water in 3rd world countries at hotels, but not here with 'Global Luxury Suites' -Smaller bed than expected, they say they want an extra $200 to deliver a bigger bed -Terrible customer service. I made each of these points known to them the first day we arrived, and their only resopnse has been "If you want a bigger bed, you need to pay $200 more immediately, and here is another form for you to sign". Expedia should stop listing with these clowns. It really is pretty laughable. "

The apartment was great. Especially for the price. The area is a little industrial but only 20-30 minutes from San Francisco.
