Arrive and enjoy this lovely 3 bedroom cottage on the water's edge, main floor bedroom and 4 piece bath, huge dining room with harvest table for 10, cozy living room with flat screen, Netflix and internet, upstairs features 2 large bedrooms each with 2 double beds plus rollaway, each bdrm has its own vanity and there is a water closet as well. The deck overlooks lake and has BBQ, eating area and sitting area. the breakwall, deck and dock are brand new in 2015. Firepit outside, Great area for swimming with shallow entry, diving board off the dock, super fishing, water activities, paddle boat, paddle board, etc.

Perfect for a romantic get away, or just a weekend away. Cabin is stocked with a mini fridge, pots, pans, dishes, gas grill, air fryer and dish tv. Available May through mid October. Nice bonfire pit with wood available also. THERE IS NO WI-FI AVAILABLE. It has not yet come to our road.

Not far from state parks and some nice trails nearby, this cabin is perfect for enjoying the region and recharging. - "My experience with this cottage was superb. Everything was very clean and the decor was beautiful. Although the windows were older, they were lovely as there were so many windows for a spectacular view and had screens to get a breeze to make it pleasant even without AC. The days were nice and warm and the nights cooled down very nicely for sleep. The fans were helpful as well. We enjoyed using our paddleboards off the dock. The ladder made it easy to get on and off the boards. Although it's pretty shallow near the cottage, don't forget your life jackets! The kitchen had most everything we needed. Everything in the cottage worked well. Beds were comfortable. Cell signal wasn't good, but we utilized wifi calling with the internet. The cottage seems to be in a quiet area as we had much serenity. We didn't leave except to go for a short walk. Looking forward to staying again!"

- "When we arrived, the kids went from room to room admiring everything in it. The house felt immediately like home, was stocked with extra food, lots of towels, a large selection of shampoos and body washes in each shower. It was super clean and so cozy. Each room had lots of cozy blankets that we appreciated. The horses, rabbits, goats, and cats were fun. Fun swings play structure and best toy room we have ever seen. Loved it so much that we cancelled one of our days plans and decided to stay there."

Our 12 feet off the ground and grid treehouse provides a unique experience. Living area has a kitchen counter with sink and camping stove. Bunk bedroom has custom build bunkbeds with windows and tree ladder. The bathroom is uniquely designed with barnboards, fish sink and access to the outdoor shower. A pull down ladder (see picture) gives you access to the sleeping loft with a private balcony and large windows to a gorgeous view of the woods and field. The treehouse is now powered by Solar and has regular 110. A firepit and a grill are available. You can take a 1/4 mile trail walk around the property and visit the private river access. We have seen numerus wildlife at our property like deer, turkeys, squirls, chipmunks, rabbits. We are 1 mile from the Genesee Greenway, 25 minutes from Letchworth State Park, on the Route 19 Bike Route, 30 min from Swain Ski Area, 45 min from Ellicotville/Holliday Valley Ski Area and home to Bare Knuckle Boxing History. Three miles up the road is a kayaking launch spot to finish at the Treehouse location or leave from the Treehouse location to kayak about one hour north to next launch. Bring you fishing pole!

This cozy, pet friendly cabin has been upgraded and remodeled. It was formerly known as the Cuba lake vintage duck house. The cottage sets, approximately 80 feet away from the big house. We have a fire pit and walking paths on 5 acres of property and we are exactly 1 mile from the center of the town of Cuba. You can also walk to the dam on Cuba lake. Jim and Laurie live in the big house and leave guests to their privacy but are available for questions and needs via text. We can now accommodate three guests with our upgraded loveseat, single bed full out.

The cabin does offer peace, solitude and an escape from everyday life. The cabin is located 1000 feet off the road, there is 120 volt electric supplied by solar so the cabin is completely off grid. Water is potable. The stove is propane and the kitchen has a refrigerator. Located on 250+ acres, the property boarders on 2 sides 6000 acres of NYS forest land. The property is a managed tree farm. Also, there are 2 beaver ponds, one being just over 1 acre the other 3 acres, the cabin overlooks a 1 acre pond. There are large mouth bass, perch, black crappie and sunfish in the various ponds. We practice catch and release to maintain the populations of fish. The property also offers several miles of trails that are maintained. Angelica is about 7 miles away, Alfred is about 8 miles away and the property is located about 15 minutes from I 86.

The cabin is rustic but provides all the creature comforts for someone who doesn’t want to truly “rough it.” The level of detail the owners put into their instructions and notes throughout the cabin made settling in and getting comfortable effortless. The level of communication was unmatched by any other property we have ever stayed at. While the cozy cabin was just what we expected based on the pictures, the property is truly where this listing shines. Pictures do not do it justice. The moment you turn into the driveway the stress just melts away. Mornings were spent sipping coffee in the Adirondack chairs, taking lazy walks around the pond and doing a little fishing from the dock. Afternoons meant exploring the acreage as well as the surrounding state land. Hiking options are endless and we didn’t encounter a soul until venturing to Palmers Pond. We were blessed with warm enough weather that swims in the pond were refreshing for both man and man’s best friend. Evening dinners were a breeze with the fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. During the early evening we would head out to look for beaver activity which did not disappoint! Everything about our trip exceeded our expectations and we have already booked a return trip.
