- "I stayed here whilst travelling to and from France and Germany. Out of the 6 hotels, I stayed in over the Christmas and new year period, this was by far my favourite. The room was really clean and the bed was comfy with great pillows. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to park outside the hotel for no charge and I made use of the free public transport card that is provided by the hotel. As the weather was not good, I caught the tram into the centre. The stop is literally opposite the hotel. You can also use the ticket for the funicular railway. The hotel provided a really good map of the centre and information on the trams. Finally the breakfast was really good. The coffee was the best I'd had and I felt that it was well worth the money. I have already recommended this hotel to friends."

Now that you have the full picture, I will say this was a blessing in disguise and I'm more than happy I stayed here and would definitely return. The front desk was overly helpful when I had mentioned I was looking for a few things and directed me where I may find them. I only gave 4 stars for 'area around the property' as honestly there was nothing around there to do, but it was super quiet and I could see the stars at night.
