Staff were welcoming and informative. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a Coffee Machine and kettle for tea. The leisure facilities were clean and tidy with a few loungers and chairs around the pool. There were 2 large spa pools, a swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Robes, towels and slippers were provided at reception. Lockers required you to enter your own 4 digit code so no need to “scrabble around” for a £1.00 coin. Breakfast was very busy on the Sunday morning and perhaps they would have benefitted from an extra member of staff to either seat people or clear tables as the 2 that were on duty were rushed off their feet! Monday morning on the other hand was quiet and steady. Dinner in the restaurant on Sunday night was delicious. On all occasions the staff were welcoming and cheerful. We hope to return soon. "
