Our town centre apartment is located right in the heart of Bicester Town Centre. It is surrounded by restaurants, shops, activities and nightlife, right on the doorstep. And the world renowned Bicester Village Shopping Outlet is less then a 10 minute walk away. it is also a 20 minute drive or a short train away from Oxford. The lovely furnished apartment has two bedrooms (1 king & 1 twin) and has a double sofa bed in the living room, which enables a total of 6 people to be able to sleep. There is an open plan living/dining room which is a great space to eat and relax together in, after a long day of exploring Bicester.

Our comfortable living/dining room is the heart of the home and allows all guests to enjoy the social space together. The table seats six people. The good-sized sofa also coverts into a double bed very easily.

There is a well-equipped kitchen that incudes what you need for a city break and more. There is a, washing machine, oven, electric hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and more. We have provided you with a full range of utensils, crockery, and glassware so if you fancy a night in you can create a home dinner.

In the hallway of the apartment and accessible from all three sleeping areas there is a spacious bathroom which has a shower, a toilet, and a sink. We provide hand soap and body wash as well as towels for each guest.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The flat is an annex to Watermoor House, built in 1752 formally the Manor House, in the picturesque village of Launton, set beside the village pond. The annex is unique with its own front entrance, with a large double bedroom still showing many of its historic features with exposed stone and original roof beams, kitchenette (2 ring hob and Microwave) and bathroom, with a shower/bath. Only 5 minutes from Bicester Village.

The space
The Annex comprises of a large double bedroom. A separate kitchen, Bathroom, with shower over bath. Separate entrance, to make coming and going very easy. There is a small desk in the bedroom, that can be used for working or dinning. It is collapsible, so can be stored under the bed, if you wish for more space.

The annex is connected to our home and there is a locked connecting door from the annex to the hallway by our back door. The annex has its own separate front door accessible from the front of the property.

You may hear/see us and our dog Alfie, as we go about our day.
