A beautiful mews development in the centre of Henley with gated parking. A first floor Georgian apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in the sitting room to sleep a total of 5.
A perfect place to stay for couples, friends or families. It looks out onto Market Square but the flat has sound insulation so very quiet. The property could not be more central! You are right in the middle of it all, but equally 5 minutes from the river and the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Henley has a number of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and pubs - all on your doorstep and Henley Regatta is walking distance from the apartment.
This mews development has recently had a complete renovation so you will benefit from stylish modern living throughout and is super spacious. It has 2 carpeted bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: large with an en-suite shower/WC wet room and is at the back of the property (King size bed)
Bedroom 2: overlooks Market Square. It can be set up as 2 single beds or one king size. There is an additional shower room/WC.
The kitchen is brand new and fully fitted with granite work tops and integrated appliances. Bosch oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer. electric induction hob. It also had an Insinkerator (food waste disposal unit) and a hot top for your tea/coffee.
There is private parking with automated double gates which open into a paved driveway.

I originally mucked up our reservation and put the wrong dates in and they were able to sort this out instantly. The building was easy to access, with private parking and close proximity to EV charging making for an seamless relaxing stay. Sleeping a maximum of five guests across two bedrooms and one sofa bed, Central Hidden Gem is ideal for small families or groups of friends who want to explore all that the town has to offer.
Set on the first floor on the main high street the apartment has been meticulously renovated by the owners.
The apartment is accessed via a small set of communal stairs which might be steep for some guests so please be aware.
The main living area is a gorgeous open-planned space containing a large blue sofa bed and a brown leather sofa both which face the television. The space also has a dining area that will comfortably seats 3 guests but can also conveniently be used as an office nook where you can keep up with your emails.
Next to the living area is the modern kitchen which comes fully equipped with modern appliances and has plenty of workspace ensuring meal prep is a breeze.
The apartment is nestled between a fantastic variety of coffee shops, restaurants and boutique shops. A Waitrose store is less than 1 minute from the apartment and a small Sainsbury local is within a 1 minute walk. The River Thames can be reached under a 5 minute walk.

A quiet and secluded self contained annex with stunning countryside views overlooking woodland with daffodils and bluebells in spring. The living area has a very comfortable sofa, dining area and a Smart T.V. The property has driveway parking and is perfectly located for bikers/walkers, with countryside walks on the doorstep. The highly rated Malsters Arms is a few minutes walk over the field!
Special Note: It takes an hour to walk by foot to Henley, a 30 minute drive from Reading, and 5 minutes by car. Premises houses an electric gate that locks at 11pm.
