The storage unit in the alcove adjacent to the front stairs holds all your beach going needs, including beach chairs, an umbrella, sand play toys and a portable ice chest. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beach toys and chairs are provided, and bicycles are available if you’d like to ride around the beautiful island. This lovely home is centrally located to the beach, the park and all the great restaurants. We had our own private laundry and lots of storage. The quiet, private patio was perfect for our morning coffee time or to grill up some steaks for our evening meal. We are already talking about when we can possibly return. If you can book it, do it! You won’t be disappointed."

This is a 2 story Spanish Revival built in the 1930's. We only rent it by the month minimum. The house is on A. Avenue, close to the corner of 5th. Two bedrooms, king and queen, upstairs with bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV and large walk-in closet. There are three bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bath tub. The largest bathroom contains laundry room with washer/dryer. Downstairs is the den, full bathroom, living-room, dining-room and a goumet kitchen newley remodeled. The outdoor patio off the dining room has a full BBQ and fireplace with two patio table and chairs for entertaining.

The owner of this home is a local artist. The home is charming, eclectic and comfortable with beautiful Indian and Persian rugs, hardwood floors, and artwork everywhere. 42' flat-screen TV with every program you will ever need plus VHS. There is also a flat screen in one of the bedrooms upstairs. Free wifi throughout the house

This is a beautiful home. We rent our home below the market value because we want only people who will value it's uniqueness and take care of it for us when we are off traveling.
There is a full cottage in the back with a queen bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom and living area with TV and interent for an additional $3000 a month. It has it's own private parking. The home is great for entertaining but
not suitable for children under the age of 8 or dogs. There is no yard.

If you don't feel like biking or walking anywhere then enjoy the amazing views from one of 3 balconies. From the roof deck enjoy sweeping views from the roof deck of Downtown San Diego, Glorietta Bay, marina & ocean. One block from Hotel Del. There are beach chairs and an umbrella available for use.

From the street level entry, there is a large kitchen and living room with great views of Glorietta Bay. The condo is modernized with large smart televisions, Nest automated lock, Nest air conditioning/heating thermostat, and WiF. There are 2 bedrooms, each with an attached full bath. The first bedroom is on the entry-level with a queen bed. The master bedroom is on the second floor with a King bed and stunning views of Glorietta Bay. There is a large patio on the second floor which is great for sunbathing or just relaxing and enjoying the evening.

Full appliances with oven, 4 top range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and washer/dryer. There is underground reserved parking as well as free overnight street parking in front of the condo. Come enjoy living on the Island!
