It is 1200 sq. ft wit laundry, three decks including large rooftop deck with grill and tropical seating Roof top deck is private and view of fireworks of downtown San Diego and the Hotel Del Coronado. It is a stones throw to Village Theater as well as Vons grocery store. It is six blocks to the beach and Hotel Del.

The spacious two bedroom guesthouse is accessed off the alley and includes a private parking space. Entrance is up a flight of stairs where you enter your great room with 360 degree views. Enjoy sunrise off the outdoor covered deck with your morning cup of coffee and sunset views from the dining and reading area.

Great room includes fully equipped kitchen with two seat counter, dining area that seats six, corner reading area, living area with Apple TV and Blu-Ray DVD player, large ceiling fan and a covered outdoor deck through double French doors.

Downstairs you will find a cool and cozy sleeping retreat with two bedrooms and a bathroom with a large walk in shower. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with a feather comforter and memory foam pillows. Other features include two large closets with built in drawers, shelving and clothing rods, and a floor length wall mounted mirror. Bedroom 2 has two twin size beds (trundle style) and a large chest of drawers as well as two storage closets with shelving. Access to the washer and dryer is through the exterior door in the master bedroom and onto a small under roof patio where opening the outdoor double doors will reveal the stacked washer dryer unit.

The storage unit in the alcove adjacent to the front stairs holds all your beach going needs, including beach chairs, an umbrella, sand play toys and a portable ice chest. In this area you will also find places to hang your sandy/wet towels and wet swimsuits from your beach adventures. A hose to rinse off sandy feet before heading back inside completes the alcove.

- "Super convenient location to the beach, village shopping and restaurants, and the iconic Hotel Del. Each unit comes with a great beach wagon with chairs, towels, umbrella, and beach toys which is a great touch!" - "Great place only about 2 blocks from Hotel Coronado and all the beach activity around. Apartment felt new and was nicely appointed and everything was easy to find. Only recommendation would be if you have to have the AC on then sleep with your head toward the end of the bed."

This is a 2 story Spanish Revival built in the 1930's. We only rent it by the month minimum. The house is on A. Avenue, close to the corner of 5th. Two bedrooms, king and queen, upstairs with bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV and large walk-in closet. There are three bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bath tub. The largest bathroom contains laundry room with washer/dryer. Downstairs is the den, full bathroom, living-room, dining-room and a goumet kitchen newley remodeled. The outdoor patio off the dining room has a full BBQ and fireplace with two patio table and chairs for entertaining.

The owner of this home is a local artist. The home is charming, eclectic and comfortable with beautiful Indian and Persian rugs, hardwood floors, and artwork everywhere. 42' flat-screen TV with every program you will ever need plus VHS. There is also a flat screen in one of the bedrooms upstairs. Free wifi throughout the house

This is a beautiful home. We rent our home below the market value because we want only people who will value it's uniqueness and take care of it for us when we are off traveling.

This one-bedroom, one-bath back house is the perfect place to call home. Completely private from the front house, this guest house has everything you need. A large patio area with seating, string lighting, and a BBQ Grill. Unit features, stainless steel appliances, desk area, full-size washer and dryer, AC, hardwood flooring, spacious closet, ceiling fan, and a walk-in shower.  The unit does not have a dishwasher.  Street parking only. $1000 deposit due upon signing.
