- "Very nice stay. Great property and location." - "We came to visit my husbands family with my in-laws and my 16 month old. Neighborhood is cute and quiet, all new builds. Behind the Meijers. House layout was great, open kitchen with an island to separate that from the living room/ family space so we could visit and eat. Rooms were good sized and adorably furnished. We had 4 adults and 1 baby. An aunt, uncle and cousin dropped by with dinner one night the space was perfect. House was very clean and well kept. Broom was handy to sweep up Cheetos that went MIA from baby. Always thankful to have cleaning supplies. We did rent a Wagoneer that didn’t fit length wise in the garage but we were able to park on the street. Otherwise I think any average size vehicle would fit just fine. Drive way is shared, at first that threw us off but once we realized that’s where we entered it was easy to navigate."

- "We booked this property in order to attend a Drum Corp INTL show at NIU Huskie stadium. We had 4 adults so having 3 bedrooms was a requirement. The location to the school was very convenient. A 6-7 minute drv at most to the stadium. Overall the property was in good/fair condition. The use of the word luxury to describe is not appropriate. The Pros - Fully stocked bath amenities & new towels for both bathrooms. Both bathrooms looked newly remodeled. Cute, mostly new decor upstairs. WIFI and password provided. All bedrooms had TV's. Keurig coffee maker provided. The A/C worked well. The Cons- The front and back porches need repair and restaining as the wear of an older home is showing. No screen door upstairs. The online outside photo does not reflect the property as it currently looks as the huge tree was removed leaving the yard exposed & not well manicured. The back porch had no seating! The Primary bedroom is up narrow stairs, so those w/ mobility issues may not do well. The 2 bedrooms downstairs are both missing curtains over the small windows, so daylight at 5a was prevalent. The other windows in all 3 bedrooms could use room darkening curtain, not the shear curtains provided, for the same reason, 5a daylight. The use of blazing white light LED bulbs in just about every fixture was a tad blinding. It also let hundreds of bugs swarm the front door while we tried to enter and exit at night. The newer kitchen shaker style cabinets had no handles, difficult to open"
