This charming, fully renovated, waterfront craftsman style cottage features 3+ bedrooms and 2 full baths with private beach and central air-conditioning. The beach was re-sanded in May 2025 and is full of soft, clean sand. A new upper tier beach was built in June 2019 to provide beach space even when water levels are high. Adirondack chairs and a large bench are provided on the beach. The firepit in the sand is a magical place to end the day.

The yard features a large playset with swings for kids and also a Step 2 climber for toddlers. There is over 1200sf of beautiful decking to welcome you comfortably to the outdoors. I have been coming to Sister Lakes for many years.The wonderful experiences have always provided a sense of calm and tranquility. When I leave, I am left with the feeling that I can't wait to get back. I have friends that have vacationed with us for a weekend and stayed for weeks. We have countless memories of family and friends learning to swim, drive a boat, pontoon, or Jet Ski, or playing catch in the water diving for a ball off the raft. Cook on an outside gas grill, Weber charcoal kettle or open fire pit. Fish, float around tied to the raft with a cooler, sit in chairs while in the water and get too much sun! There is not a better place to get together, it just doesn't get any better than this!

The fall brings out natures unbelievable colors. The Lake quiets down compared to the summer and the water becomes a mirror of the colors on the trees. You can smell burning leaves as homeowners prepare for the next season of winter which usually turns into Winter Wonderland. One of the few homes that actually has a sandy beach and sand in the water were you can enjoy water volleyball and basketball. located across from famous Round Lake sandbar that on weekends has boating, music and water games all day long. Walk to downtown area-breweries, bars, restaurants, roller rink and the famous Driftwood ice cream parlor. During the summer bask in the sun and the lake enjoying water sports. The Fall season has plenty of Wine testing and Fall festivals a short distance away. If Winter is your time to enjoy outside sports the area offers plenty of snow mobile trails close by and snow skiing within a short ride. Call before booking, so can discuss additional amenities.
We also have a brand new 2021 Avalon Catalina Tritoon available for rent. We match the price from the local Marina because we prefer that you rent our boat rather then bringing in a boat from another Marina. We allowed renters in the past to bring boats but unfortunately our pier was damaged and 3 sections needed to be replaced.

The house had a couple of kayaks for us to use, which was a lot of fun for the family. The house was clean and as per the description.
