- Quiet Hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced. Absolutely no amplified equipment may be used outdoors other than the on-site A/V system.
- Events of any kind are prohibited at this property, no exceptions.
- No excessive noise, fireworks, or hunting allowed.
- No High School, Prom, College, or MBA groups.
- No smoking inside the house or on the property.
- The pool is typically open May 1-October 31, depending on the weather. Hot tubs are open all year!

We had our fishing boat and needed to charge our batteries. When we arrived she had strung a cord and it was hanging on the fence for us to use. As we entered the space it was refreshing to find everything neatly done and very clean. The Murphy bed was awesome! The loft is tight. I am still in disbelief that my son and I both took a turn sleeping up there. I am 6’1 and 220 lbs and my son is both taller and heavier. The day after our stay I received a text from the owner asking if we had left some shirts and if we would like her to send them to us. I replied yes, and in a few days I received them in the mail folded, packaged nicely and they smelled like she had washed them. Thank you Doris for being such a great hostess. This is a nice, little, clean space. Yes, we would stay again."

That space also has a tv and wifi, with a small kitchenette and shares the bathroom with the studio. To add this space, you would need to add an extra guest and ask us to make sure it’s open before you book. Quiet, country setting!

- "Communication with the host was stellar. She was prompt, friendly, and helpful. The location was perfectly situated across from Andrews campus and close and Apple Valley Grocery store. I didn't even need my rental car for the length of my stay (except to get back to the airport and visit St. Joseph!). Such a cute little house. It was extremely clean which I can't say for many VRBO I've stayed in and the host thought of everything. The front bedroom is a little noisy because the house is close to the main road (which I knew because of the map location) but the bed more than makes up for it in comfort. I slept like a baby the whole time. I will absolutely stay here again when I visit. "

Need to get away from it all? Hidden Cottage is completely surrounded by woods and totally out of sight. The various cozy outdoor spaces are designed to let you enjoy the peace and quiet of nature including a pergola dining area, a firepit, and various seating areas. The all-white cottage interior has a wonderful peaceful open main area so that you can gather with the most important people. The main house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and the guest cottage is a studio with a half bath.
