- "The customer service was amazing! The free breakfast was very delicious. One night our ceiling started leaking water it got all over the bathroom floor we just informed them in the morning and they promptly fixed it when we had left our room. The only thing that I would complain about is the free shuttle service they provide. It was easy and nice when getting one if you were leaving the hotel to the metro, you would just say I want a shuttle and someone was right there to take you. When you get back from the city and want to be picked up at the metro you are supposed to call the hotel. We did and they said that they would be there right away, but they did not tell us where to wait for them and then they hung up. We called them back and asked them where we stand and what we should be looking for they said white van that says the hotel and stand by the taxis. The problem with that is there was a huge line of taxis so we were still confused. It was a freezing night and it ended up taking the shuttle 30 min. to arrive. I understand if they are picking up other people but just let us know the wait time dont tell us you will be right there, we could have walked and been there 20 min. earlier. When they did arrive they passed us because i guess we were standing in the wrong spot, my husband tried to flag them down but they didnt see him. They pulled up and waited it seemed 10 seconds before they started driving away. My husband had to sprint after them."
