- "Comfort Inn Joint Base Andrews is located at the back gate of Andrews AFB; right at the golf course. Not that I cared, but if you have access to the base, and like to golf, it’s a great option for you! I felt sate during my 3 night trip, even when I walked outside to smoke. The staff outstanding; they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you are comfortable. I DID NOT see any vagrants on or around the property! My room was VERY CLEAN! NO bugs of any kind! I would definitely stay here again!"

This 2-story 4BR 3BA unit on a 1-acre lot is located in a safe and quiet Clinton neighborhood near DC and Virginia. The property is within a 10-minute drive of shopping, including a farmer's market, Starbucks, Walmart, Safeway, Lowes, CVS, Walgreens, Wendy's, Panera Bread, Ruby Tuesday, and other restaurants offering Italian, Latino, West African, and Caribbean cuisine. The Surratt House Museum and National Harbor are within 15 minutes away. Owners live in basement unit with separate entrance.

The house has an office on the main level and four rooms on the second level, two on each end of the hallway. There’s a queen-size sleeper couch in the office. The primary suite and second bedroom both have en suite bathrooms, while the other two rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with direct (private) access from each bedroom to the bathroom.
There are two sunrooms with fantastic views of green spaces and the crystal clear swimming pool.

Both first and second floors are available to guests. The owners live in the lower level (basement) and have a separate entrance, with no common areas on the interior of the house. Parking is available in the garage and/or driveway at no cost and we have two cars available for rent via Turo. The basketball court and swimming pool are available for your enjoyment and relaxation.

This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and we would prefer to only host guests who are comfortable in such settings. Although we have a beautiful swimming pool, we do not allow pool parties or loud music at the pool.
