I opted for the bagel and cream cheese but the toaster didn’t really work. It warmed the bagel but did not toast it. I still give this hotel a five star because the room was very clean and comfortable and you can’t beat that for the price they offered. "

Not that I cared, but if you have access to the base, and like to golf, it’s a great option for you! I felt sate during my 3 night trip, even when I walked outside to smoke. Plenty of driveway and alternative parking available, large enough for numerous cars and a Bass boat to two, or even four.

Our largest group to date is 20 and still had plenty of space for guests. We give you enough toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. There is a Dollar General on the corner for ease of purchasing more if needed

As soon as you arrive at the Riverpoint, you'll be captivated by its striking dark blue and white A-frame exterior. The Riverpoint is a newly renovated modern cabin, with waterfront access, making it a perfect cabin for every season!

Stepping inside the living room, natural light floods the open concept design. A cozy fireplace sets the perfect ambience for warm conversations. Dive into entertainment with a 75-inch Roku TV and sync your vibes lounging on the huge velvet sectional.

You can whip up your favorite meal in the chef’s kitchen, which has an Italian Verona electric range with dual ovens - cook your dinner in one, dessert in the other. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso machine and Keurig coffee maker, a selection of pots, pans, and baking utensils, inviting you to explore your culinary and baking adventures.

On the main level, you'll find two bedrooms with Cal king sized beds, each beautifully designed with murals and equipped with 50-inch Roku TVs. This floor also includes a full bath, with a marble vanity and a bathtub.

Taking the floating stairs up to the second floor, the primary bedroom offers a Cal king sized bed, 55-inch Roku TV and a dedicated workspace with high speed Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity. The attached en-suite bathroom's rain shower head gives you an atmosphere reminiscent of a spa.

The second floor also offers a second bedroom with two queen sized beds, each with twin trundle beds underneath. Pricing of our home is on a per guest and per pet basis and applies to the entire reservation length (regardless if some guests / pets are only visiting, won't be sleeping over on certain nights, etc.) - we ask all guests to enter the total number of guests / pets that will enter our home when booking, to see accurate pricing and avoid price changes for additional guests / pets added after booking.

There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, record video and audio, and are active during reservations. This helps us to avoid unauthorized events / parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!

Expect to encounter wildlife. We regularly see deer in the neighborhood, ducks swimming in the river and many squirrels. There will be bugs! A cost of being in the woods and close to water. Consider packing bug spray, and please keep all screens to the house closed.

The house has a long driveway, carport and front gravel parking area. It can accommodate up to 7-8 vehicles.

🛶 Dock / Water Access
We live in a tidal water area, which means there are typically 2 high tides and 2 low tides per day. During low tides, there may not be enough water in the canal to use the canoes.

- "Starting with the booking process to check out Alma was quick to answer questions and was extremely helpful. As soon as we walked into the property we were already wanting to plan a trip back with the kids. Every details was thought of from the basics to details that were above and beyond other properties we have booked. The canoes were great and we also brought our paddle boards and enjoyed the water. We brought our dog and the fenced yard was perfect for letting her run around and enjoy the house as well. All of the thoughtfulness Alma and her team put into this property shine through even in labelling light switches so you aren't struggling to figure things out as a guest. Every time we thought of something we might need, it was there, even a wheelbarrow to haul would from the truck to the firepit! The third floor loft kid's area made us sad w were on an adults only trip, but definitely will have us coming back with the whole family next time! "
