- "We were a little surprised that the hotel was still under construction. With that said it had only been open for 2 days before we arrived. I can't imagine the challenges to build a hotel especially in Iceland. The logistics have to be very complicated and challenging. Despite the fact they were still finishing up, The staff was extremely accommodating, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very comfortable.
