And our room was not cooling either and they could not fix either of those issues. it was surprisingly to me because no one seems to be checking if gadgets are working in the room after a person checks out. They took my clothes to dry in their dryer and gave us back wet clothes. And then I had to iron the clothes to get them to dry. Overall, not a very good experience. Frankly I cannot justify the price for the issues we faced. Go somewhere else if there is availability."

They're big, comfortable, well-equipped (in-unit laundry, espresso machine, big fridge, dishwasher, etc!), across the street from a great supermarket, and managed by the hotel within a minute walking distance (so you have 24hour access to staff if needed). The restaurant in the hotel is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The area is great, and so many improvements things too! It's within walking distance from several easy hikes, across the street from an Icewear outlet, a new supermarket, a black sand beach, and several new restaurants (a burger/bar, a yummy Vietnamese stir-fry place, a good breakfast pastry place, the hotel's restaurant), and beautiful views. This is a great and comfortable place to stay at. There are a few kinks they need to work out: we never got any check-in info and the hotel staff had never heard of VRBO, even though our reservation was in their system. Luckily, we guessed right that we should go to the hotel to check in, but it wasn't exactly obvious. And another small complaint was that the floor in the flat, well, it needed a little bit of sweeping or vacuuming. Everything else was very clean and spotless, but there was hair in the corners on the floor in the bedroom. That feels almost like a one-time thing though, because everything else (bathroom, counters, etc) were spotless. Yes there were hiccups, but they were totally minor, I would totally stay here again, I highly recommend it."
