We were on our way further south, so we only stayed for one night, but we would gladly stay for more! The guesthouse is over a cafe and it's down a little alley. It took us a trip around the block to find it. From the road, look to the right and it's tucked between two taller buildings. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. He spoke enough English that we had no trouble understanding one another. He directed us to a nearby parking lot and validated the parking for us. Our room was on the third floor and the only thing to note is that the stairs are very steep and narrow. The room itself was small, just a bed, mini-fridge, and bathroom (Korean-style wet bathroom with the shower handle above the sink). It was clean, nicely decorated, and there were small towels and toiletries provided. The windows are tiny, so there's no view to speak of. In the morning during the breakfast hour of 9-10, they served us complimentary breakfast, which was a tray of bananas, toast, cheese, nutella, peanut butter, jam, and your choice of an americano or juice. There's really nothing in the immediate area of the guesthouse, but I believe you're in walking distance of some of the sights. We drove to the Hanok Village. The street that the guesthouse is on looked a little dark and abandoned at night, but we felt plenty safe. Highly recommend!"

On the last day we didn’t realise check out was 10, and came back at 11. Mia was very accommodating. She also called us a taxi to send us to the station. - "It was very quiet. Nice place to stay one or two nights." - "I love places like this - it was a hotel but felt like a pension. The room was clean, but a few things could use some tlc, like the windows had a bit of mildew where the glass meets the frame. I had an end room, so only had noise from one room next to me - this is pretty normal in hotels like this so just bring ear plugs. There was a kitchenette, but no cookware, dishes, or utensils. I didn’t plan to cook so didn’t ask if those things were available to borrow. Extra towels were in the lobby if needed, and a water purifier was available on a couple different floors to refill water bottles. Bulk shampoo and body wash were provided, and a couple other things that you could grab in the lobby if you needed them, like a little hand soap bar. I appreciated that this wasn’t one of those places that gives a ton of stuff that doesn’t get used and just gets tossed in the trash. As is typical, I separated my food waste, and recycling and brought it down to the recycling area. Someone was there sorting and took it to sort. The location was amazing for the price. I could walk to the hanok village, the culture center, the shopping area, and the near by bus stops to go to other parts of town. It felt safe and easy. I would stay here again."
