I never saw any staff as the place is self check-in/check-out. They give a notice upon check-in of pertinent information and there are also notices in the room. When I arrived here, I was only told that the room that I reserved was taken by another customer. When requested a cancellation or refund, the manager/owner told me that I needed to deal with Expedia. I tried to get the refund through Expedia but when Expedia attempted to contact this property, they didn’t respond. Eventually, I was ripped off $189! Don’t stay here unless you have no other place in the entire city!! "
