The space
This beautiful contemporary home features three well-sized bedrooms, with a king-size bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in bedrooms 2 & 3.

An added extra is a pull out couch in the living room that will suit children.

Each bedroom has a smart TV as does the main living area of the home.

Unlimited WiFi and Netflix ensure adults and children are kept entertained.

The home also features an ensuite and a large bathroom with a double shower & spa bath.

For your convenience, the laundry has a massive 12kg washing machine, and washing powder is provided, as is a clothes dryer.

A magnificent spacious and modern kitchen with a large kitchen window overlooking a lovely backyard and patio. A large dual-door fridge/freezer with water and ice, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee pod machine, an air fryer and a jaffle maker make this a very comfortable home away from home.

Air-conditioning to ensure comfort from the summer heat and oil heaters in all the bedrooms ensure comfort during the winter months.

A fireplace, with wood provided, not only creates a comforting warmth but a beautiful ambience, and relaxing atmosphere.

The front yard has a large grassed area, and the back yard is well prepared to suit all tastes with a family Webber bbq.

A designated fire pit is perfect for those cold winter nights and some marshmallow toasting. A sand pit with seating perfect for the kids!

A porta cot, a high chair and a change mat are available on request.

This is surely the perfect home away from home.

This turn of the last century home is made up of 3 shops from days gone by.
1 was a wine / grog shop and one was a boarding house and the third is unknown but it burned down in 1909. Around 20 years ago I amalgamated the 3 together and rebuilt the whole thing and turned it into a bed and breakfast.
This didn't work out so well as we were busy with career's.
So now it's leased out as Short term accommodation.
Many of the fixtures and fittings have come from the era, including the gas lights on the lounge wall that used to be the main Street lights, converted to electric.
High ceilings Victorian cornices vintage furnishings,leadlight glass all make up the homely feeling the home let's off.
Also is 2 enclosed fireplaces for winter warmth. And ducted air conditioning for a bit of cooling for your comfort in summer.
The house has a homely feeling ideal for a relaxing getaway. Or working away from home.

- "Overall, we had a nice stay. The unit was in a good location, an easy walk to town. It was clean and comfortable, cute and compact. However, the check-in process was problematic. We were never sent the check-in details and spent an anxious hour waiting outside the unit for the agent to respond to my multiple calls and texts. When he did ring, he did send the information through promptly but there wasn't an explanation or an apology. A very disappointing start to our stay."

- "The property offered was nothing like advertised.Upon arrival 3 of the 4 beds were seen to have dirt/debris in them. They seem ro have been slept on /in as well.Linen was left wet in the bath tub as eell in the washing machine and dryer which we have had to clean to remove the smell.The kitchen has limited cutlery and crockery. Had to buy items during the stay.Mostly the house is sold on a beautifully appointed swimming pool, which is the reason we chose this particular house only to find that the pool has been broken and for some time by the look. It was green and unusable when we had over 40deg days and was looking to use this facility we have paid for.Overall this is the worst accommodation we have utilized in 10yrs of work travel. Not happy at all."
