- Residential use only – no parties or events. The property is for accommodation by registered Guest(s) and the number of occupants nominated at the time of booking. It must not be used for parties, functions, or gatherings.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound or music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm – 8:00 am.

- "Fantastic property and location. Views were simply phenomenal. Games room and movie theater were so much fun! We had the perfect week." - "We had one of the children get injured, spent New Years Eve in the emergency room! It was NOT the fault of the property or anyone else. He happened to land in the garden to the far left of the patio with all of his weight and landed on a cut off branch and had a pretty severe laceration!! He should NOT have been in the garden:))) We also left a pillow with a purple pillow case, if we could pick that up somewhere that would be great! If not no worries. Thanks so much!!"
