PICK ME! PICK ME! Chip Loves company. This cute little cottage is nestled in between St. Joseph (9 miles south) and South Haven(12 miles north) along the Lake Michigan shoreline. It is one mile south of Roadside park and one mile north of Hagar Park. These public beaches are surprisingly secluded and wooded in what guests have described as a diamond in the rough. There is plenty to do in both directions. Chip's Place is a cozy Family friendly cottage. We are NOT large enough for parties inside or outside. We have taken great pride and care to create an experience for our guests that will create happy memories of the cottage by the big Lake.
Chip's has one central air conditioner in the main room that keeps the entire cottage cool and both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Guests' enjoy activities in the surrounding communities for year long adventures.

This bright and fresh cottage is tucked away in the trees among other cottages. The property is also RV friendly if you want to park your own camper or trailer on the site. This home is one of 8 houses in a secluded Lake Michigan bluff neighborhood. A country home where no attention to detail has been spared. It's a perfect getaway from the city or a great meeting place for family and friends! There is a private association beach conveniently located a few houses down (less than 5 min walk).

The main house can sleep up to 12 adults. There is also a 2 bedroom coach house located above the garage that can accommodate an additional 4 adults. This space can be added onto your reservation for an additional $300 per night if additional space is needed. If you do not wish to rent this space, please note that it may be rented out during your stay; however there is a separate entrance and parking from the main house and there are no shared walls. Guests in the coach house do not have access to the patio, yard, or any of the main house amenities. Please let the host know if you are interested in adding the coach house onto your reservation.

Please Note: Our house is located at the top of a bluff. To access the beach will require you to walk down a long set of stairs and may not be ideal for all age groups. We offer a complimentary parking pass to Silver Beach in case this is a more convenient option for your group.

The house offers all the amenities you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. For the coffee lovers, we have a quaint little coffee bar featuring both a Keurig and full pot coffee maker. There is also a large dining table that can comfortably seat your party. The Crane's Nest is a beautiful 3 bedroom, one bath cottage near Lake Michigan and located in the Lake Michigan Beach area. Newly remodeled. We want our guests to feel a range of emotions when entering The Crane's Nest. Cozy, comfortable, relaxing, nautical and romantic. This cottage is fully stocked with supplies for campfires, grilling, cooking and games for the whole family. We are one mile south of Roadside Park (public beach) and one mile north of Hagar Park (public beach). We are perfectly located between St. Joseph (9 miles south) and South haven (12 miles north). With so much to see and do in both directions.
