It includes a wet bar, a large deck with BBQ grill, dock, mooring ball, and lots of outdoor space. Three paddle boards, kayaks and other water toys are also included. This property has everything you need to enjoy Lake Almanor in luxury, comfort and style. This is one of two homes that sit on this property; an upper home and a lower home. The upper home is the one listed on VRBO. The upper home sits at the top portion of this lakefront lot, and the other at the lower part of the lot. You are at lakes edge and on the beach in seconds after a short walk down the driveway and pavered steps. Beautiful Lake Almanor water levels can fluctuate each year based on the snow pack at higher elevations. Our dock is typically kept accessible by boat from early May to Mid-October.
