The house with 300 m² private garden and sun terrace is located in a quiet car-free bungalow park in the second row of houses behind the dyke to the Ijssselmeer. The house is nicely furnished and equipped with all the amenities that contribute to a relaxing holiday. The living/dining room is furnished with a dining table and four chairs and two sofas with a small table. There is also a TV bench with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. You can receive all German TV channels via SAT. Dutch channels cannot be received. The two bedrooms are accessed from the living room. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 metres), a wardrobe, bedside table and mirror. The other bedroom has two box-spring beds (each 0.90 x 2.00), which can be placed individually or together. This bedroom also has a wardrobe with mirror and two bedside tables. Bed linen (sheets and covers) can be booked through our manager for a fee. From the living/dining room you can access the wooden terrace with garden furniture and parasol, which leads down two steps into the private garden. Relaxing sun loungers invite you to sunbathe, read and relax. The garden is surrounded by a hedge and is mostly secluded in summer. A barbecue is also available. The living/dining room also leads into the open-plan kitchen. This is equipped with built-in furniture and includes a ceramic hob with four hobs, oven with convection, fridge with 3-star compartment, dishwasher and microwave. The indoor swimming pool on the beach, which was built in 1012, is an inviting place to swim, and not just in bad weather. The historic town centre of Lemmer is 1.2 km away. Here you will find many small Dutch shops that invite you to browse, not only in bad weather. There are several supermarkets in the town centre for daily shopping, including Lidl and Aldi. There are several marinas 500 metres from the house. There is a newly built indoor swimming pool on the beach and a smaller swimming pool about 500 metres from the bungalow park. The village of Lemmer:

Lemmer is one of the treasures of the former Zuiderzee, and lies directly on the Ijsselmeer, the largest inland lake in the Netherlands.
