The loft is a small apartment with a rustic and cozy decor. With unique lights and a good use of space you will feel like you have everything you need. The beds are comfy, there is lots of room at the table and a large 50" TV with a roku stick will keep you busy for hours. There is flawless, unlimited high speed internet available as well.

Practically speaking there are 2 bedrooms both with queen beds. The bedrooms are small but each one has a walk-in closet and lots of room for your belongings. There is a 3 piece bathroom (no tub) and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals while you are here. Towels and linens are provided. There is also a chair that folds into a single bed in the living room with bedding available if needed.

Palmerston is a quaint rural town within half hour of Listowel, Hanover, Durham, Mount Forest, Elmira, Elora and more. The town has all the conveniences you need including a hospital, grocery store, hardware store and Tim Hortons! We are right in the heart of the Amish community with all their traditions. There is a fantastic theatre nearby in St. Jacob's, Drayton and Stratford (45 minutes away).

We are also centrally located within 2 hours of some of Ontarios most famous attractions including Toronto, Niagara Falls, fresh water beaches on Lake Huron and Lake Ontario and the gorgeous Bruce Peninsula. Ski hills, tubing and snowmobiling clubs are within 1 1/2 hours or less as well. There is a snowmobile trail that runs through Palmerston one block from us!

The cottage itself is lovely, newly renovated with a great layout and well and thoughtfully appointed, in fact better than described in the listing. IT is NOT accessible, however - there are stairs to the kitchen and bedrooms. Quiet and great for hanging out in - real find! The owners were very pleasant and very responsive when necessary.
