- "We stayed in Cordula's apartment for 5 nights. It is a sparkling clean and very comfortable apartment. It has two large bedrooms (with wardrobes in each) with a king size bed and two single beds. All beds have comfortable medium firm matresses. The kitchen/living room has a medium size refrigerator with a separate freezer, microwave with an electronic timer. Our holiday home is located in the popular holiday and climatic health resort Wolfshagen in the Harz Mountains. Quiet and idyllic located between two large dams that invite you to swim and relax, the small cozy town offers plenty of time for relaxation and rest. Our holiday bungalow is located in the local holiday home area.

The house offers space for 3 people and an additional sleeping space for the 4. Person who can be accommodated in 2 bedrooms. A cozy kitchen is available for breakfast and cooking. Furthermore, the house is equipped with 1 shower bath. Spending time together is a lot of space in the cozy living room of the house. The living room has a television with satellite reception for evening TV viewing. In the sunny summer months, the garden surrounding the house offers plenty of space to relax. From our holiday home there are extensive opportunities for hiking, enjoying nature and spending undisturbed vacation days. The direct location in the Harz low mountain range offers countless opportunities for extensive bike tours (ideally by mountain bike). In the nearby towns, such as B. Clausthal Zellerfeld or Hahnenklee, winter sports fans can let off steam on various ski slopes, cross-country trails or toboggan runs. In addition, Wolfshagen in the Harz Mountains is an ideal starting point for motorcycle tours around the Harz Mountains, which with its winding routes attract hundreds of motorcycle enthusiasts every year. The nearby Brocken, at 1141 meters high, the highest mountain in the Harz Mountains, is a challenging destination for every ambitious hiker. In the surrounding area you will also find many idyllic bathing lakes, thermal baths, hiking routes and much more ...

Of course, a vacation can also be made child-friendly. If you are traveling with children, it is not far to the large wolf pool (outdoor pool). With slides, diving boards and a volleyball court, it is a popular destination in Wolfshagen. Alternatively, nature lovers can use the nearby Innerstetal Dam for swimming and pedal boating.

Welcome to the Südheide!

The ranch house is a wooden house and is located on the edge of a very idyllic and quiet forest settlement. The property is about 150m from the Aller (260 km long tributary of the Weser). The unobstructed view invites you to dream and relax. Even the wonderful sunsets let you forget everyday life with a glass of wine.

You enter the house through a side entrance door to the entrance area with cloakroom or through the spacious covered entrance door directly into the living area on the ground floor. The large kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast area is open to the large, cozy living room with 2 sofas, flat screen TV and fireplace. Dining table on large window front and access to the semi-covered porch. On the ground floor there is 1 of 2 bathrooms with shower / toilet. In the upper area there are 1 master bedroom with a double bed 1.80mx 2.00m, cot, TV and walk-in closet, 1 living room with flat TV and sleeping facilities for up to 4 people (double bed 1.40mx 2.00m and one cozy living area that can be converted into a double bed in just a few steps if necessary). On the upper floor there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a large whirlpool tub. The roof terrace on the upper floor with a clear view of nature invites you in the afternoon or Evening sun to linger and relax.

Experience nature :: Due to the layout and location of the property, it is wonderfully possible to let the flora and fauna take effect from the veranda. Observing birds, squirrels and deer in their habitat up close is not uncommon.

Ducks, coots and moorhens as well as swans are at home on an approximately 10,000 m² old arm of the Aller at 80 meters away, and the Aller at approx. 150m away, the latter also happy to be fed. Every now and then, eagles turn their circles over the meadow, and the stork struts back and forth on the meadow in front of the terrace.

The Aller leads directly past Nordburg in Schwachhausen. There are also many idyllic old arms of the All nearby, which invite you to linger.

In some altars in the immediate vicinity you can fish for a small fee to the respective owner (please contact us if necessary!).

Canoe tours on the Aller or Örtze are worth a venture. In about 500m from the house there is a canoe and paddle boat rental in the Restaurante Allerparadies.

The natural swimming pool in approx. 800m distance is pure fun for young and old.

Many hiking trails in the beautiful forest are in a short distance and are easily accessible from your vacation home.

You can walk to Bummelallee in 15 to 20 minutes. Shops, supermarkets, bakeries, drinks shops, butchers and restaurants are all nearby.

Bad Harzburg is located on the northern edge of the Harz and is a recognized brine spa.

The city lies in the area of the northern foothills of the Harz at an altitude between 180 m and 555 m above sea level on the border of Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. It stretches south into the Radau valley and borders the Harz National Park. The Radau flows through the city in a south-north direction. To the north it is connected to the city of Braunschweig by the A 395 and thus to the A 2. In the east-west direction it connects Wernigerode and Quedlinburg via the federal roads 6 and 82 with the A 7. The highest point in the Harz Mountains, the Brocken, is about 13 km south. Bad Harzburg has a prevailing mild climate and a wooded area.

From 1831 Bad Harzburg was known as a spa and bathing resort. The salt works were closed in 1851 and the actual bathing business was established. Following the example of the large European baths, a colony of initially foreign wealthy citizens was created who knew how to combine the sophisticated requirements of the time at the foot of the Harz: elegant hotels, a casino, a horse racing track and numerous spa facilities.

Welcome to nature! With us you live in a lovingly furnished wooden house on a huge natural site with an area of 23,000 m². There is next to the forest house with park-like paths, a large meadow and an idyllic river.
The house is lovingly furnished with personal items and partly restored furniture. In the living room there is a comfortable couch, a record player with a few 'old discs' and a brick fireplace for romantic hours. The modern satellite TV system is housed in an old cupboard next to the fireplace. There are many helpers, large and small, in the kitchen. In addition to a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob, a kettle, fridge and egg cooker, there is also a fully automatic coffee machine. The extensive range of pots, pans, dishes and cutlery goes without saying.
There is a double bed in each of the two bedrooms. You get bed linen from us.
The holiday home's full bath has a shower, bath and toilet.
All windows of the house are equipped with electric shutters, which can be conveniently operated by remote control.

In the surrounding area there are excellent opportunities for bike hikes, inline skating on hardly used asphalted roads, riding stables, farm shops and a lot of rest. A few km away you can go on wonderful hikes through the heath, experience action-packed hours in the Heidepark Soltau or go paddling on one of the numerous rivers.

But honestly: many just stay on the wonderful property and enjoy the peace.

Our holiday home Heerwinkel is located in the heart of the old town. The more than 400 year old, historic half-timbered house is one of the city's monuments. It was extensively renovated in an ecological way and elaborately designed in collaboration with an architect and the monument protection office according to historical guidelines.

With its modern and high-quality equipment, its individual furnishings and its medieval character, Heerwinkel 4 is a unique place. The high standard of the house was confirmed by a 4 star certification from the German Tourism Association.

Our cozy holiday home on three levels is approximately 76 square meters and can accommodate two to four people. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood and microwave. Thanks to the extensive range of pots, pans, roasters, toaster, hand mixer and baking pan, cooking is also fun on vacation. The dining room with a large oak dining table connects directly to the kitchen via two steps and invites you to linger.

The bathroom offers enough space for personal items. The washing machine has an integrated dryer, so that your laundry can be washed and dried comfortably even on vacation.

Our 2017 fully renovated apartment is located in the quiet OT Göttingerode on the edge of the Harz about 5 km from Bad Harzburg and 8 km from Goslar. In about 2 minutes you reach a wonderful starting point for hikes through the forest or over paddocks.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons and 72 square meters. It is not suitable for wheelchair users.
A staircase leads to the bathroom and the bedrooms.
