The property was pleasant and convenient to the Museums and Zoo.This is not specific to this stay, but I wish the fees would be available prior to the booking/ payment process. We had to stop the booking of a different property for this trip when the hidden fees more than doubled the cost of the rental." - "It was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. The house has been well loved and is tastefully decorated. All bedrooms can sleep 2 easily in same bed.... BUT...The toilet leaks, the bathroom sink is clogged, the bathtub needs draino also.... Front screen door needs realigning as does the back screen patio door. Need new pots/ pans. Is there mold in the downstairs bedroom? Car in front needs to towed. Need landscaping or cleaning up especially in the back. Actually, these are all minor easy fixes... Overall, I would recommend the house..."
