You could tell the hotel has had lots of use over the years but they have made efforts to make it nice with new paint, flooring, nice new looking TV. We have no complaints. The only suggestion is a toilet paper holder should be installed if you are going to keep toilet paper rolls until they are empty so that there is minimal touching of the actual roll of toilet paper. There was a new wrapped roll onsite, was just weirded out by the unfinished roll showing signs of being held by a previous guest. I support using the whole roll of TP but multiple guests shouldn’t be handling the actual roll, they could sit it on the floor or have dirty hands and then someone else could wipe with it and transfer germs/bacteria from the source."

In Port Huron, Michigan near the St. Clair River, I-94, I-69 and a half mile from the Blue water Bridge To Canada. Great location on Black River on a dead-end road into the parking lot. Enter from the parking lot into the upper level of these two-story condos with central air. Relax and get away. Very nice 2 bedrooms with all the comforts of home. Boat dock is available during your stay, if you bring your boat or come in by boat.

Beautifully updated home, tastefully decorated throughout. First level as a beautiful open Livingroom with cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans that overlooks the river. You can watch TV on the 55" smart TV or you can relax on the deck and enjoy the river, watching the boats, birds and other wild life that also is attached to the river. Also, on the first level is a nice size kitchen and half bath.

The second level has the laundry that is well stocked with everything you need. From soap to the ironing board you will need. The master bedroom with full bathroom and two comfy XL twin beds, that can be made into one king size bed, and a 43" smart TV. You can also enjoy sitting out on the patio and enjoy the river. The other bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with nice big picture window that looks out to the river, also a 43" smart TV and another full bath just down the hall. Both bedrooms have alarm clock, dresser, lamps and nice size closets.

The space
Situated on the St. Clair River is the charming Harbor House; a unique waterfront 30's Era craftsman duplex featuring stonework, expansive covered front porch & hardwood floors thru-out.

This floor includes a private master bedroom with a King-size bed and a sunroom separated from the living room by a privacy screen containing a large day bed. There are also 2 twin roll-away beds and a 21" tall, pillow-top self-inflating queen size air mattress. These may be placed in either the sunroom alongside the day bed or in the oversized water facing living room which also contains a sleeper sofa. Aside from the sofa bed, the living room seats an additional 5 persons and has a gas burning fireplace. This is a new B & B so all the linens are new and much of it has been freshly painted or is in the process of being updated. This floor also includes a very large kitchen and eat-in water facing dining area that seats 6 people.

Outside, the waterfront has a covered patio with outdoor seating as well as a firepit surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs. There is a additional free parking to the south and the City Park / Beach is the to the North

It was a fishing vacation, where we brought our 18’ bass boat. It was sooooo nice to have the boat wells to park the boat for the entire week. Electric right AT the boat wells! The driveway! Soooo big and wide! The garage was accessible so we could easily store the boat cover, our camp chairs we brought, fishing rods, etc. The house was clean, and very comfortable. Felt like home. Extra little fridge in the kitchen was a fun find! It took me a day to figure out it wasn’t just another cabinet! Lol! The shower was very nice too! Normal height shower head with good pressure! We enjoyed watching the boats going by in the canal headed to the Cabana Blue restaurant. Great restaurant by the way! We will definitely stay here again in the future!"

This cozy home is located along the Belle River Canal. Its cottage style updates offer one main level bedroom with a queen bed and black out curtains; an upper level bedroom/space with a queen bed, futon, and black out curtains. The bathroom is located on the main level with a newer kitchen and living room. The living room also provides additional sleeping space with a full size pull out sofa.
