The apartment community is quiet and peaceful, and it's in the perfect location for an easy commute to anything in the Westerville or New Albany areas. It's also just a 2 minute drive from the freeway for quick access to all of Columbus.

You'll love being right around the corner from the new Target, a 5 minute drive from dozens of restaurants in the North Hamilton Road area, and just 10-15 minutes from Easton Town Center (one of the city's hottest dining and shopping areas).

As our guest, you'll also enjoy access to all the complimentary amenities at the clubhouse...including the fully-equipped fitness center, the coffee machine, and outdoor pool. We have a great relationship with the on-site staff (we have a contract with them), so you'll feel right at home enjoying these perks.

We make self check-in super easy. You can park in any of the open spots directly along our building. Then unlock the apartment door via keypad using your code from the check-in details (code changed for every guest).

Q: What if I don't know how long I'll need to stay? Do I have to commit to the whole stay upfront in order to make sure nobody else books nights I might need?

A: No worries! Unlike most furnished rentals, we specialize in flexible stays. Just book your first 30 nights for starters, then send us a message. We'll block our calendar as far out as you want so that you can just extend as you go if needed. All we ask is that you give us 2 weeks' notice when you're ready to move out.

Q: What if my plans change after booking and I end up needing to shorten my stay/change my dates?

A: No problem. Just let us know what you need! Once you move in, 30 nights is the minimum stay. Otherwise, you can shorten your stay any time with just 2 weeks' notice. We'll even provide a partial refund for any unused nights you may have already paid for beyond the 2-week mark.

Q: I found another furnished rental that is cheaper. Why should I spend more to book with you?

- "We stayed at this property for more than two months while we were waiting for our new home to be completed ready and it was perfect. Located minutes from all the shopping and dining at Hamilton Quarter, Hamilton Road, and New Albany, we had immediate access to everything we needed. The apartment faced the woods, so there was no foot or vehicle traffic near the first floor windows or patio. The kitchen was well appointed, wifi was fast, in unit laundry was terrific, and the close by private dog park was ideal. Jesse and the Epicurean team checked in via email and addressed any minor issues quickly and efficiently. I recommend this spot and wouldn't hesitate to use Epicurean again for ourselves or visiting family in the area. Thanks!"

This is a 3 level condo, located in a highly desirable area at the LC communities at New Albany , it has 1 huge bedroom, 2 closets, washer and drier, 1 full bath on 3rd level, nice living room, kitchen and balcony on second level, 1st floor has a foyer and half bath.

- "Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location."
