- "First off the hats off to the design team on taking this house and making it a beautiful renovated property. The pictures completely match what you are getting! It is a house that will only fit 4 - very simple floor plan. Privacy fence is great, while the neighborhood is older and a bit run down, we did talk to the neighbors next door briefly and they were so very nice!!! They thought we had missed a delivery driver (DoorDash) and stopped us to make sure we had not ordered something and the driver missed us! Very very nice of them. One note, there is not a back door to the property so when going to the back yard you do need to walk from the front door, down a sidewalk to the gate - if using the hot tub bring a cover up just for that transition if you feel necessary - as you are walking the sidewalk to get back into the house. We had one question at check in and were able to call the management team to get an answer and they called us back within 5 mins. VERY ATTENTIVE, from the start. I had asked some questions regarding the property before and the response time was same day! Great communication, great renovation and property!!"

Our studio has a queen bed, a couch, desk, a Smart TV and seating/dinning area as well. There are a few steps to go up to the kitchenette, and full bathroom. There is a door that separates this apartment from the main house, and that door is always locked from both sides.

Guest Access:
Guest will have private access to the apartment, and have shared access to the front and back yard area. The parking, and driveway is shared with the tenants in the main house. Thank you!

- "Reeked of Marijuana from other tenants who were very loud. Very drafty and cold with only a window unit heater and a large gap under the door. Had to park in the front yard to get guaranteed in/out with other tenants The company charged an unauthorized charge on my credit card after I requested and declined a quote for a possible extension but DID refund the charge immediately and stayed in great communication with me, answering all emails promptly at all hours of the day."

I was overly impressed with this property very nice quiet location with the convenience of the gas station next door. There are tvs in all bedrooms which was a major plus in my book. Only issue i found was there was dog poop in yard and i noticed one of the back windows had 3 small cracks in it. I contavted Terri Ault but received no acknowledgement. Other than that I'll definitely book this again! "

- No Smoking in the property. This home is non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in $500 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.

- We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels inside the unit for you to get your stay started. It is guest responsibility to resupply these items for themselves as needed during their stay.

The Space:
Enjoy the peaceful setting on the edge of Newark Ohio, and the convenience of a furnished house for your visit. Our house is currently set up as a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. All rooms except 1 bedroom are on the first level. The owner suite bedroom has it's own full bathroom. Your group will love the updated kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living room to relax and catch up.

Our yard is a great space to enjoy with your group. We have a back deck off of our garage that is a great spot to relax. There is a driveway, 2 car garage for your group to use. This driveway is shared with the tenant in the back apartment as well. Responsible pet owners are welcome to bring their furry friends (most of the yard is fenced in). However there are some un-fenced spots and we ask no pets be left un-attended. **There is a world-class dog house in the back yard!!**
