Our studio has a queen bed, a couch, desk, a Smart TV and seating/dinning area as well. There are a few steps to go up to the kitchenette, and full bathroom. There is a door that separates this apartment from the main house, and that door is always locked from both sides.

Guest Access:
Guest will have private access to the apartment, and have shared access to the front and back yard area. The parking, and driveway is shared with the tenants in the main house. Thank you!

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. - "Reeked of Marijuana from other tenants who were very loud. Very drafty and cold with only a window unit heater and a large gap under the door. Had to park in the front yard to get guaranteed in/out with other tenants The company charged an unauthorized charge on my credit card after I requested and declined a quote for a possible extension but DID refund the charge immediately and stayed in great communication with me, answering all emails promptly at all hours of the day."
