Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Grove City, Ohio. If you’re looking for a smaller place that has everything you need, this is exactly the place! Walk into a fully stocked kitchen with quaint dining area. Then enter a large living space with vaulted ceilings, a sleeper sofa, 50-inch smart tv and workspace. Located off the back is a bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom and walk-in closet. Keep in mind that this is a second story unit so there are stairs to get in.
The space
As you walk upstairs to the apartment, you enter through the kitchen. It is spacious in size with an eat in table and 2 chairs. There is even a walk-in pantry for optimal storage. You will love the vaulted ceilings in the main living space with a comfortable recliner, pull out couch and work space. There is a large full bathroom and walk in closet. Off the back of the living area is a serene bedroom with a dresser and tv for relaxation.
Guest access
You will access through the side door of the home and walk up the stairs. There will be a keypad code for both doors that I will share with you the day of your stay.
Other things to note
There is no thermostat for this unit. It is controlled by property manager. The upstairs can get a little warm in the summer months. The window a/c units help a lot.
Lawn maintenance is on Fridays, unless weather changes the schedule.

Once you enter the front door, you will access the door to the right to enter the unit. Once you enter you’ll find a family room, dining space, kitchen, two bedrooms and one full bathroom all to yourself!
Guest access
You will be able to access through the front door of the unit and the first door on the right. It is a first floor unit. A renter is above so quiet enjoyment is a must!
Other things to note
Only 1 car maximum on the very left side of the drive towards the porch. Please be courteous of other cars parked in the driveway. There is also street parking.
Lawn maintenance is scheduled for Fridays but is dependent on weather so please be understanding.
