Tiny space at 330 square feet, but well equipped and recently remodeled with almost everything like new! New floors, new bed, new couch new paint, new kitchenette, new linens, many new dishes, new hot plate, new air fryer, new gas hot water heater, new electric fireplace, new refrigerator, new shower new toilet, new sink and much more!

This is a second floor apartment with exterior stairs, and a 24 x 8 foot balcony that includes your own outdoor couch and outdoor picnic table.

Once inside the main room is split between a living room and the kitchenette. While the kitchen does not have a stove it has a hotplate, air fryer, microwave, Keurig, and teapot. We supply a large variety of coffees, hot chocolate and teas. The refrigerator is full size and the freezer is attached. Service for 4.

The living room has a couch that folds into a full size bed. The beautiful electric fireplace supplies heat and ambiance. The 43" TV, supports Roku and other streaming services so bring your accounts information. If you have guests that will use the sofa bed let us know and we will supply extra linens!

The completely remodeled bathroom (December 23) has a new water and space saver toilet top sink, new 40 gallon gas hot water heater. The shower is new and is 36" by 72, with a shower light/fan combo. Toilet paper, soap, toothpaste, shampoo and cream rinse supplies as well as a hair dryer.

The bedroom has 2 closets a king size platform bed a large mirror. All new furnishings.

The upstairs is occupied by long term tenants, and they have their own laundry facilities in the common back room (which is also their only entry to their apartment.)

This tiny space (330 sq ft) is situated just 15 minutes from the Rockbridge, Ohio Hocking Hills Market, 45 minutes from the Ohio University Athens Campus, 33 minutes from downtown Columbus, Ohio and just 2 minutes from 33. Our centrally located tiny space is perfect for a romantic get away to the Hocking Hills. The king size bed provides ample space for lovers and the couch is comfortable for 1.
The 24 by 8 foot second floor balcony deck provides a great open air space.

Art Loft is a renovated 1900's garage and 2nd floor apartment located in Lancaster's historic district. All of the art in our place is the work of local artists and is curated by Fathom Arts Consortium. We're still working on the main building which we hope will be a restaurant someday!

Guest access
Access the home at the rear of the property at 219 S. Columbus Street. Go to the 3-car garage and look for the black side-door. There is a code for the side entrance door AND a code for the actual apartment entrance upstairs.

Feel free to park right outside the door of the loft. You are also welcome to use the 18ft x 13ft garage. All parking on Columbus Street is also free of charge.

This is one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed that comfortably sleeps two. There is an additional twin sized fold-out mattress available if you have an extra guest.

This place is located just behind the True North coffee shop and Modern Furniture presented by Don's on Lancaster's Main Street.

It has a kitchen stove and oven, all stainless steel appliances, a mini fridge, a full size refrigerator, a stainless steel sink and stainless steel countertops for easy cleanups. It is a fully functional kitchen with all plates, dishes, cups, silverware, etc.

This unit sleeps 4 guests total. There is one bedroom, and one sofa bed out in the main living room.
-Two guests can enjoy a queen size bed, with a brand new mattress and zero gravity adjustable base for ultimate sleep and comfort. You can sleep in the zero gravity position for the best nights rest in silence. The bedroom has a small closet area to set a bag or suitcase and a space to store clothes on hangers and shelves. It also has an LED fan in the bedroom.

This Airbnb also has acoustic ceilings so it is very quiet and you will not hear any noise. Or if you want to play the music loud, go for it, nobody can be disturbed at this location! It is also well insulated and you will sleep great with zero light in the bedroom. It has small glass block windows in living areas with pull down shades for complete privacy. There is a large bathroom with a standup shower and a brand new large vanity. The entry door is a sound barrier door, with a security display so people know who is knocking or wanting to enter. Entry door is 42 inches wide.

There is surround sound speakers connected to the TV to play music or entertainment. You are within walking distance to bars and restaurants, Mount Pleasant Park for a scenic view, local golf in the area, and Hocking Hills is only a 25 minute drive!

All in all, this Airbnb does not disappoint! It is very unique with real barn wood walls, it gives a rustic vibe but still has an elegant and modern look.

Pool table damage will result in a $500 fine. Keep food and drinks away from pool table! The pool table does have a COVER that should be on at all times unless using the pool table. This is not set up to party hard and destroy the place, but is a great location to host respectful gatherings!

Directly ahead is the alluring open-concept living space with massive reclaimed oak dining table below beautiful brass chandelier. The eclectic kitchen is well-stocked with all the cookware you should need for your stay as well as a generous supply of quality dishes. Off the kitchen is the front bathroom, featuring a cast iron tub-for-two with shower, surrounded by spa-like travertine and marble tile.

Beyond the living space, through the double pocket doors, is the family room with sleeping loft atop the spiral staircase. An office, underneath, is perfect for any needed work or study duties. Down the hallway are three bedrooms with two Queen beds and a Full-over-Full bunk. The master suite is at the end of the hall with a California King bed; a nursery off the bedroom as well as a sunny sitting porch full of light and lush flora.
