*You may still hear life happening from above on the upper level (**Incl a crying newborn---at night the noise isnt hear as much in the Master bedroom, but may be hear more if someone is sleeping on the trundle bed. ) since this unit is attached to our home. We do provide a box fan and noise machines to help ;)

INSIDE
This 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit is located on the lower floor of our home (you will have your own seperate entrance/exit) and can sleep 6 comfortably. The master has a king-sized bed. The stylish living room features a huge sectional couch that can easily sleep 2 people, along with a twin day bed & another twin trundle underneath. The kitchen/bar is fully stocked with everything BESIDES an oven (but we do have a microwave, gas grill, instant pot + air fryer, and of course we provide the coffee!). You will also enjoy the use of our 55" TV, Roku Device, and a xbox 360, and of course, WIFI internet. Ready to kick back and do some reading? We have a cozy reading nook waiting!

OUTSIDE
End the day by cooking a great meal on the gas grill, and enjoy the beautiful sunset through the trees. There is a gorgeous woods behind the house and hammock chairs to sit in while you relax!

- "The location is fantastic—just a mile from downtown Loveland, which we loved!However, we encountered a few issues that impacted our experience. The house could benefit from a deep clean; the floors felt sticky and had a noticeable dirtiness, and there was an old, musty smell that lingered throughout. Fortunately, we spent most of our time out and only used the house for sleeping and showering.Additionally, the two rooms on the east side lack curtains, which made it difficult to sleep due to the neighbor's motion flood light and the early sunrise.This home has great potential, and I hope these suggestions help enhance future guests' experiences."

Built in the 1950's and renovated in 2021. This home was purchased for the exclusive use of the owner. The Airbnb was an after thought during the renovation period. The main home living area is to the left of the property. The Airbnb is to the far right.

You will be able to access the cottage from its entrance.

Other things to note
The room shares a common wall with the main house. The home has gone through a renovation, and it is still in the works. The electricity is sensitive, and certain outlets cannot be used. We have the electricity load balanced. This cottage tends to run warmer during the winter and cooler during the summer, so ceiling fans are provided along with portable heaters.

Just a mile from downtown Loveland on the bike trail, you'll enjoy a peaceful and private setting in this small, fully equipped unique space. Just two minutes from the 275 loop gives you convenient access to all of the nearby attractions.

A newly remodeled kitchen has all of the things you'll need to prepare your own meals while traveling.

A large and well appointed bedroom with a new Sealy memory foam mattress will help to keep you well rested for whatever adventures bring you to Loveland.

The space
A well appointed and comfortable former warehouse space. It’s a private, yet convenient location. It's close to many attractions, but it's definitely on the road less traveled.

The Loveland Escape has all of the comforts of home.

Note: It’s a converted warehouse space, the exterior is very industrial.
