'Seabreeze' apartment offers the perfect escape. It is located in the Dress Circle position at beautiful Pearl Beach, less than 1 hour's drive from Sydney's northern suburbs.
Just 10 meters from the water's edge and National Parks this quiet, private location commands spectacular views over Broken Bay, Lion Island and Pittwater that showcase a wide range of wildlife, such as eagles, hawks, pelicans tailing the trawlers, schools of fish and occasional dolphins and whales.
All of the attractions of Pearl Beach can be reached within a leisurely 5-minute stroll including: tennis courts, 2 beaches, nature walks, fishing, ocean pool, etc.
Inside, this spacious apartment is split-level. On one level there is a bedroom with queen-sized bed; a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit.
The lower level is one large living space - 9 meters long - incorporating the kitchen, dining and lounge areas with large windows and doors opening on to the sun-deck and view.
With reverse cycle air-conditioning and a cosy gas-log fire, 'Seabreeze' is just as appealing in winter as it is in summer.

We’ve just completed a mini makeover, painted the walls, ceilings and floors and added new furniture, rugs, couch covers, linen and used a neutral colour palette, which we believe will help our guests to really relax and enjoy the time away. Plantation shutters also offer you both privacy and light control. You have your own private deck to sit and enjoy the bird life and the soothing sounds of running water cascading over the river stones.
We can provide a gourmet platter ($125) delivered to your door. Please book in advance as we source local and organic produce (where possible).
If you would like to indulge in a massage, please let us know as we have an in-house massage therapist who will come to the studio for your comfort (you will need to book in advance as she is a busy therapist). Springview Retreat is in a class of its own. Situated on a 15 acre property that used to be part of a much larger dairy farm. The original "Springview" farm house is about 100 meters from the cottage. Private access and tasteful furnishings, you won't have to leave your comfortable king size bed (with luxurious linen) to enjoy the sweeping views of the Barrengarry escarpment.
Leave the blinds in the bathroom open, the cattle will be your only curious visitors.
If you have a clear night we guarantee an unforgettable evening lying on the large deck gazing at the night sky full of stars.
Only 7 minutes from the picturesque Kangaroo Valley village that offers a selection of quaint shops and good restaurants. For those a little more adventurous we recommend a trip in a canoe down the river. There are also some fabulous bush walks in, and around the valley. You can also explore the area by car to view the cliffs, waterfalls and rivers.
Fully self contained, you can curl up on the sofa for your whole stay with a book, or explore the many local attractions. We hope you will create wonderful memories in our little piece of paradise. Happy to help in any way we can!

Our cabin enjoys private surroundings and has been recently renovated to include a new kitchen, laundry, carpets, a covered front and rear deck with bbq and freshly painted throughout.

The stunning studio is a private fully self contained hut, exquisitely hand built out of bush rock and mountain ash, situated high on a ridge above the "Snowy" looking out at exclusive, absolute panoramic views.
The interior has a rustic character with a spirit of colonial past that is belied by all the luxuries and mod cons. This comprises of the fully equipped kitchen containing all new and modern appliances, including espresso machine. The heritage style bathroom is heated and features elegant claw foot bath and shower, for those on a longer stay: washer and dryer.
The large open living area with it's rustic dining area is draped with local art and collectables around a cosy wood fireplace. Reverse cycle air conditioning for those very occasional days when it does get too hot or cold. Bush Grove has full Internet access and mobile phone reception.
Sleeping up to three adults and featuring a red gum queen bed, quality linen and electric blankets are provided.

Lookout Lodge is a romantic cabin at Heath Lodgers holiday house perfectly situated for a special getaway. Pretty Beach is just that and more with Killcare, Hardys Bay and Wagstaffe all in walking distance. However, the cabin has all you need for a relaxing weekend with your partner without having to go anywhere. A comfy queen bed with views over the water to Wagstaffe, ensuite bathroom, a wardrobe, and dining table with chairs. There is also a kitchenette with tea & coffee making facilities, a toaster, a mini fridge and microwave.

Our 6 cottages are set in a beautiful bushland park setting very private with no neighbours and only 2 km from the centre of town.
Beautiful views of the Snowy River Valley from the large patios.
The cottages are set on 30 acres with many native animals roaming wild. There are excellent views of the mountains and surrounding country side. There is filtered views of Lake and township of Jindabyne. Bush walks on site.
The cottages are very comfortable with modern appliances and entertainment centre. The Cottages are very large with full insulation and double glazed windows. The cottages are completely self sufficient in energy. All power is supplied by stored Solar energy. This power is very reliable. More reliable than the local grid power.
Heating is supplied by a wood fired heater which makes the cottages very cosy.
The onsite owner manager makes sure that all needs are taken care of to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The 6 cottages are independent with their own aspect and privacy. Each cottage is fully self contained with 2 large bedrooms and 2 separate toilets.

This cottage was built in 2020 and is luxurious, light and spacious. Set on a large block of land and built next to Govetts Creek, a continually flowing and pristine waterway. The cottage is quiet and private with a northerly and sunny aspect. We have thought of you (our guests) in our design and inclusions. Our cottage is an old style two bedroom weatherboard with a classic covered country style balcony on the Eastern and Northern side and with a recently renovated kitchen, bathroom and a cosy living/dining room to relax and watch TV or chill out after a busy day visiting the local attractions. The location is fantastic being minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens, Hope Estate, Roche and Bimbadgen and right next door to the gorgeous Italian Restaurant Pescara; very central and close if you are attending one of the many concerts in Pokolbin. It is about a five minute drive away from the Vintage Golf Resort & Spa and is surrounded by vineyards, restaurants, cafes and all of the attractions that have made the Hunter Valley Wine Region a favourite for visitors from around the globe.
We offer a very private, relaxing location, a comfortable fully self contained cottage but right in the heart of the action.

The Old Shack - is a self catered cottage and has been tastefully renovated with an abundance of unique character for couples to sit back and relax, to slow down and unwind. It is filled with furniture and fittings handcrafted on site from reclaimed materials. Set on 26 acres nestled in its own valley with Cattai Creek meandering through, there is only one guest cottage so you can be assured of your privacy. (sorry no children or pets)
The Old Shack was built around 1890 by the first landowner. It was built mainly from materials found on the property, rubble sandstone for the walls and round poles for the roof structure. It slowly fell into disrepair as a result of termite damage, fire and disuse.
For the first ten years of our ownership the Old Shack was deteriorating, with large cracks in the stone walls, and holes through the rusty corrugated roof. Repairs began with the intent to house the chooks and store hay. As the renovations took place we got a little carried away, creating the distinctive retreat that you see today. We have always called it 'The Old Shack' so I guess the name will stay.

Location
The Old Shack is located at Cattai, New South Wales on the tidal section of Cattai Creek approximately 60 minutes North West from Sydney CBD. It is situated on 26 acres in a very private valley with a short stroll to the wharf and bush walking tracks. Access to the creek by kayaks/canoes is by a gentle ramp. It is a short (4km) paddle downstream to the Hawkesbury River where you can picnic at Cattai National Park. The creek has a 4 knot speed zone which ensures paddlers are not disturbed by speeding watercraft.
Vehicle access - There is about 800 metres of maintained gravel driveway to the Old Shack which is suitable for all standard vehicles.
Boat access - You can access The Old Shack with your own boat (height restricted 1.4m at high tide at Cattai Bridge on Wisemans Ferry Road), 16km from Windsor boat ramp, 69km from Wisemans Ferry boat ramp and 125km from Berowra Waters boat ramp.
Things to do
We have a TV for watching DVDs (with limited TV reception). There are DVDs, board games and plenty of books and magazines for your enjoyment. If you are the type that can't sit still you can take the canoe for a paddle or follow the tracks though untouched native bush. Visit the local National Parks, there are great drives around the Hawkesbury River area, visit some historic sites, browse the shops have an ice cream, enjoy a cappuccino or play golf at the local golf courses.

The property provides you with personal barbeque and outdoor dining area with 6-seater dining setting and cantilever umbrella.
Downstairs, you will find the living area with television and a renovated kitchen equipped with new appliances and plenty of bench space.
The sliding doors from the downstairs living area lead you to the waterfront outdoor dining area.
The laundry is downstairs (complete with laundry basket, clothes airer, washing basket and pegs) with an attached separate toilet with vanity facilities.
Upstairs, you will find two large bedrooms (both with ensuite bathrooms) and balconies, each with outdoor seating.
The main large bedroom overlooks the river and has a king sized bed. In the wardrobe of the main bedroom, you will find an extra single folding bed which can sleep a fifth guest.
The ensuite to the main bedroom houses a large, deep, spa bath with overhead shower. The second bedroom sleeps two people and the bed can be configured either as a king sized bed or as two long single beds. The choice is yours.
Linen, pillows, towels etc. are provided.
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and televisions and a luggage rack for each is provided. The television in the main bedroom is on a full swivel. It can be pulled gently towards you from the wall and then swivelled to the left to suit your desired viewing angle.
There is a wall-mounted air conditioner downstairs. The upstairs area has ducted air conditioning.
There is a narrow remote entry lock-up garage which allows internal access into the home.
Under the stairwell inside the home, you will find a storage area which houses the ironing board and iron, floor sweeper etc.
Inside the garage on the wall (accessible from the interior of the property) you will find a rechargeable Dyson stick vacuum cleaner.
There is a separate downstairs outdoor area with seating, also accessible from the living area. There is a wall mounted exterior clothes line beside that area.
Adjacent to the property, there is guest parking with spaces for four vehicles.
The property is a short walk to the town centre and the RSL Club and the property is only a short drive to the gorgeous beaches of Sussex Inlet and surrounding areas.
Sussex Inlet has a taxi service and both the RSL Club and the Bowling Club provide courtesy buses which can be booked per phone.
This is a non-smoking property but guests are welcome to smoke outdoors (with exit doors closed) and butt bins are provided for all outdoor sitting areas for that purpose.

Huge 3 bedroom brick house. Main bathroom with corner bath, shower, toilet and vanity. Ensuite off main bedroom. 2 Queen Beds, 2 Single Beds. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Two comfortable living areas. Outside there is a barbeque, table and chairs for you to enjoy, and around the back of the house and concrete area to sit out and enjoy some sunshine.

Pets are very welcome as the BNB is super pet friendly and also very secure for your furbabies. The house has full colorbond fencing around the back and sides of the house, and the front of the house has pool fencing.
We offer your basic kitchen amenities. such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and cereal, as well as utensils, such as pots, pans, knives, forks etc. We have a wall oven, with an electric cook top, microwave and dishwasher. If you stay 3 nights or more we also offer additional "goodies" which are placed in the fridge prior to check-in.

Situated on the tidal shores of Port Stephens, this is a city escapes holiday location. Direct access to the waters edge, in North Arm Cove, this water frontage is tidal so at times the tide is low exposing the raw seabed, the area can be rocky and we recommend wearing sea shoes when swimming and exploring.
This two-bedroom cottage makes for a quiet stay, secluded from the hustle and bustle all whilst fully submerged in nature. The large front deck allows you to take in the scenery and relax in tranquil surrounds. Located on a large bushy block surrounded by tree’s and Australian native wildlife you will certainly experience and Australian holiday in this home.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.
