We have an awesome Hawk family nesting in the back yard to watch! There is a beautiful lake view with large covered deck overlooking a lovely private cove! Our property offers the safety of a community but the privacy of a secluded getaway. No neighbors on top of you! There is a lovely TVA trail just past our drive you can walk down to fish. The spacious master suite offers a Jacuzzi tub , walk in shower, 46 inch TV, rocking chair and bench for just kicking back. The kitchen with breakfast bar, dining and living space flows right out through french doors to the large back deck overlooking the lake. The open concept promotes togetherness! Walk out the back and enjoy your own private camp fire. Second Bedroom offers queen size bed with full mirrors on his & hers closets next to the full second bath. There are two single memory foam mattresses which can be pulled out for kids or additional guests. New washer and dryer for your convenience & use. Access this home & back your car/truck/ boat right into the carport on a nice flat drive. (room for 2 boats w/ trailers.) We do not have a dock but Cedar Grove Marina is only two miles from the house and you can easily dock there for convenience. By popular demand WiFi has been installed!! Smoking urns are provided on the back deck but there is no smoking permitted inside. We thank you in advance for your co-operation and understanding.

Cedar Grove Market has gas on land is 3-4 miles down Rt. 33 and includes a small deli and makes a nice made to order breakfast or lunch too!. Woodlake Golf & Country club is 15 miles away if you want to shoot a round of golf as well. We found a great Vineyard in Maynardville only about 15-20 minutes from the house. Go mountain biking, hiking, or hunting in Chuck Swan state forest which is also about 15 miles away. LMU is about 20 minutes, and the Cumberland Gap National Historic Park is only a half hour away! Explore! New Tazewell offers shopping and antique shops to browse. Tazewell Speedway has racing from May through October! Gatlinburg is less than 75 miles away and Knoxville is less than 40 miles if you are looking for more adventure! We are literally 11 minutes from town.

The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock.

The Space:
-We have multiple pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate. Please note we deliver the boat to the property & the boat can be taken out anytime during your stay, just note per our insurance, the boats are not to be taken out after dark. All Bookings must be made a week in advance to guarantee delivery. All boats must be returned with a full tank of gas to avoid additional charges. Please note we do not rent tubes but local marinas do & the boat is to be returned to the house after the rental period is over.

Rates are as follows:

Pontoon rental - $325 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance & taxes.

-There are also kayaks included with the rental close to the dock. Please note that we do not provide life jackets. Please be sure to return to the kayak rack at the property once finished!

-The home is located on Summer Breeze on a peaceful cove right behind Straight Creek Boat Dock in a long no wake zone that takes roughly 15-20 minutes to get out of to the main channel of the lake. Jimmy's place & Bubba Brews is about 15 minutes away by land & roughly 20-30 minutes away by water.

-The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge, stove, over the range microwave, & a large kitchen table! The home also includes a hot tub, weber gas grill with propane on site that we provide, Fiber WIFI, & Samsung smart tv's throughout the entire house as well as a beautiful patio area!

-There is a private dock for use w/ a swim ladder! Your trailer can be left at the property (just please note the road is tight in areas) & you can put in at Straight creek boat dock! The dock does not have power currently

-Please note, this part of the lake is considered seasonal water and although you'll have normal lake levels from May to mid to late August for the dock, past that it will not be floating. The lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring & can fluctuate year to year.

The 2-acre property allows plenty of room for hammocks to be hung in trees, yard games, and socializing on the back porch or down by the boat dock.

This was perfect setup for our families. Everything is well stocked and they didn’t skimp. Bedding (sheets, comforters, pillows and mattress all premium) towels, lake towels… all great quality and lots of them. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need and more… and it’s good quality stuff. I appreciate they have some of the basic condiments, spices, soaps etc. there… it makes me crazy some places don’t even have salt and pepper available. Appliances all very nice and great working condition. We ate most of our meals out on back porch, so pretty and a peaceful view for morning coffee. The home is spacious and furnished with perfection to make you feel at home with soft blankets for lounging, games and decor… but in no way does it feel cluttered. Easy walk to the dock. Dock is in a no wake area, so it’s very calm and perfect for floating/swimming. Plenty of space as we kept our speed boat and 2 jet skis at dock. They even have paddle boards, some floats, life jackets and best thing is wagon to pull your coolers/ heavy stuff back and forth from house. Quiet neighborhood! Owner was so nice and VERY responsive. We did have an issue with the AC that was a result of a storm that passed through. We called them late on a Saturday night and they had someone at the house within an hour and it was fixed! It really was perfect setup!"

FLAT Lakefront home located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake. This property has everything: a great floor plan, outdoor living and the perfect location on Norris Lake. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes to Maynardville, TN and only 40 minutes to downtown Knoxville. Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the inside of the dock in one of the slips.

The Space:
-We have multiple pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate. Please note we deliver the boat to the property & the boat can be taken out anytime during your stay, just note per our insurance, the boats are not to be taken out after dark. All Bookings must be made a week in advance to guarantee delivery. All boats must be returned with a full tank of gas to avoid additional charges. Please note we do not rent tubes but local marinas do & the boat is to be returned to the house after the rental period is over.

Rates are as follows:

Pontoon rental - $325 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance & taxes.

-There are 2 Kayaks & 1 Paddle Boards included with the rental (Guests will need to bring their own life jackets)

-The home is located on Summer Breeze on a peaceful cove right behind Straight Creek Boat Dock in a long no wake zone that takes roughly 15-20 minutes to get out of to the main channel of the lake. Jimmy's place & Bubba Brews is about 15 minutes away by land & roughly 20-30 minutes away by water.

-The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge, stove, microwave, & a large kitchen table! The home also includes a hot tub, weber gas grill with propane on site that we provide, high speed Fiber WIFI, & smart tv's throughout the entire house w/ Youtube TV for up to 3 TV’s simultaneously. There is also a detached building behind the house that has a separate living space that is included in the rental!

-There is a private dock for use w/ a swim ladder! Your trailer can be left at the property (just please note the road is tight in areas) & you can put in at Straight creek boat dock! The dock does not have power currently

Guest Access:
The entire house is available & no more than 6 cars allowed at the property.

-Check in is at 5 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent
-House includes All Linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc.
-A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, & trash bags (indoor & outdoor)
-Recommended items to bring: Extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels for hot tubs or lake, & all personal soaps, shampoo, & conditioners.
-6 Car max limit
-No smoking or parties allowed anywhere on the property.
-We provide all firewood & propane tanks.
-There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year round rental.
-Check in and out times are firm unless approved in advance.
-Indoor Fireplace is for owners use only
-Nearest grocery store is Ingles which is 10-15 minutes away.
-No pets are allowed at our properties
-WIFI is High Speed Fiber & cable is through Youtube TV.

Her house is perfect for our family-master bedroom and large living area/kitchen on the first floor and 3 bedrooms downstairs. We loved the additional access to a pool table! The wrap around decks on two levels allowed everyone to have a favorite viewing spot to watch the lake/marina and nature. Quiet cove area, gorgeous water, flat and calm. All around perfect vacation spot!"
