Carport so house can be entered without getting wet or cold. Washer and Dryer. Large well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, spacious bathroom with shower, master bath with tub/shower combo, queen bed in master bedroom, two twin beds with a trundle in second bedroom, large deck, and very beautiful view from large back deck. A perfect place to relax and get away from all the hustle and bustle.

This house is designed for handicapped persons. There is a wheel chair, shower chair, walker, rollator available upon request. All bathrooms have grab bars. Commodes are taller for easy of use. Doors are wide enough to accommodate a wheel chair.

100 yr old cabin has just been remodeled with central heating and air, Starlink for WIFI, heated toilet and heated towels, Sonos for sound, it sits on 100 acers and you only have one neighbor just down the hill. Two water falls run 20' from the porch that are visible in the winter. Tempur Pedic mattress's in both bedrooms. Smart TV and with Netfix. There are wild horses at the top of the property. Local guide is availably. Relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.

Guests will enjoy this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located in the heart of the Appalachian Mtns of Leslie Co KY. Comfy furniture, cozy beds, a fully stocked kitchen and living room with large TV. This home also offers two porches, one overlooking a mountain stream, plenty of parking and a large yard. If you like hunting, trail riding or hiking you will love this serene location. Only a 12 mile drive to the Leatherwood Off Road Park main entrance and less than 2 miles to the Waterfall/creek Trail with access to the Leatherwood Off Road Park. A true hidden gem! Guests will pull up to the front of the house and enter through the living room. There are two bedrooms, both with queen size beds, closets and TVs. There is one small, full bath and a super clean kitchen with dinette and access to the back porch. There is separate out building with washer and dryer located just off the porch. This home is suitable for four people. Any amount over that may be a little tight. The driveway will easily park two cars and trucks pulling trailers may park and turn in the large yard. This home is located seven miles up Coon Creek. It seems like a long drive because of the winding roads but it is an absolutely beautiful drive! The roads are in great condition and you will have no problem reaching the home safely. You must cross a small bridge when turning into the driveway. Once you reach the home you will enjoy beautiful mountain views and total peace and quiet.

This private cottage is newly-renovated two bedroom house sleeping for six to eight comfortably (3 full beds sleeps 6 (sleeping for 2 on extra long daybed couches)). Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen televisions in the living room and bedrooms, with dining area, freshly-laundered towels and bedding, and central heat and air makes staying in the charming House of Faith perfect for singles, couples, and large families.

House rules: No smoking! Children under 18 years of age must be attended by an adult at all times!

Getting around

You can walk to a few local restaurants, the river and parks! This house is great because you are in a very rural area, but you are within two blocks of historical downtown Harlan. So you get the quaint town experience with out being isolated.

Make sure you BYOB because this town is Moist (semi dry (although alcohol is legal to have and consume alcohol within your private dwelling)). Two restaurant currently serve alcohol The Portal (pizzeria) and Ken & Paul's Family Steakhouse. Moist defined: with regard to the sale of alcohol, Harlan is classified as a moist county—a county in which alcohol sales are prohibited (a dry county), but containing a 'wet' city, in this case Cumberland and Lynch, where package alcohol sales are allowed. In the city of Harlan, restaurants seating 100+ may serve alcoholic beverages.

The home is located at the Bailey’s Creek entrance to Black Mountain Off-road Adventure Area, in the city limits of Evarts KY, the “Birthplace of Adventure Tourism”. You’re literally steps from the North Evarts RV Park. You can unload and ride directly to the ATV park or any of the local restaurants and convince stores in town

The Cottage at Wendover is part of the historical property once home to Mary Breckinridge's Frontier Nursing Service. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large living and dining area and kitchen. There is also a new front porch with mountain views! Plenty of parking, free wifi and pets are welcome too! Guests love the coziness and comfort this home offers. We have two sister properties that can be rented as well. The Cottage has three bedrooms. The master has a king bed and private full bath with shower stall. The other two guest rooms have two twin beds each and share a full bath with tub & shower. The living room and dining room are very spacious and a great place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals and we offer a drip coffee maker with all the supplies. All bed and bath linens are provided as well. Guests have the entire house to themselves and no areas are off limits. There is a large yard and a fenced field in front of the house which guests are welcome to use however, no ATVs on the grass. Large trucks and trailers are also welcome to park in the field in front of the house but would need to enter through the gate on the side facing the Wendover Road. You must cross a one lane, concrete bridge to enter the driveway of the Cottage. At the end of this short bridge is a gate that will be closed upon arrival, but once you check in you are welcome to leave it open during your stay.

The 4-person camper is situated on 30 acres of QUIET, flat farmland, bordered by the Cumberland River. Deer and other wildlife, Canadian Geese, black bears, and coyotes occasionally. There is a small pond for catch and release. You can visit the river-side for fishing or kayaking (if you have your own kayak). We will be adding more outdoor activities such as Fire Pit, picnic tables, horseshoe game pit, cornhole and more. This is the beginning of our new campground. We have room for Boondocking and Tenters. RVs can get fresh water and use our septic system for dumping their waste. Come stay with us when you visit Harlan County's ATV Park!

Hailey's hideaway is a secluded 2BR Cabin with a full kitchen, hot tub, living room and a Queen bed in each Bedroom. It has a beautiful view of the mountains from the front porch as well as a firepit out back.
It also has a full kitchen with a full size fridge, kitchen sink, stove/oven microwave and a standard coffee maker. If you don't want to cook the Rail House Grill is nearby where you can either eat in or have them deliver to your cabin. It's conveniently located about 10 mins from either the town of Harlan or Cumberland.

It's located on the Harlan Co. Campground along with other cabins, Rv hookups, and a pavilion for hosting get togethers.
