SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master en suite bedroom features a California king bed sleigh bed, along with a comfortable seating area with a leather love seat and side chair and a full-size handmade work desk (for those that must work). The en suite bath has a deep soaker tub and a separate shower, a private water closet and a single vanity. The room is also equipped with a 55” SmartTV mounted on an arm that makes it viewable from any part of the room. There is also direct access to the back patio through a single French door.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a vaulted ceiling and 32” SmartTV. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds along with a 32” SmartTV.

An additional Queen air mattress is available should you need some additional sleeping space. Linens are provided.

Bathroom 2 has a stand-up shower /tub combination and single vanity. This bathroom serves as the bathroom for bedroom 2 and 3 and the guest bath for all to use. Bathroom amenities and quality luxe linens are all provided.

This home is very spacious and comfortable. Enter through the front door and you’ve landed in the giant great room. The living room has ample seating for 4 on the plush sectional sofa, along with two lounge chairs flanking the wood fireplace. Sit and enjoy the cool evenings while watching your shows on the 65” SmartTV or for the musically-included, belt out some of your favorite tunes on the upright piano or acoustic guitar, both there for your enjoyment.

The bed frames are charming and the mattresses were great. My husband has a bad back, and slept fine with no pain related issues. I also slept well and slept till 9am 2 of the days we stayed! The neighborhood is lived in, but traffic noise never was an issue . We could hear folks living in their neighborhood, it didn't prevent any sleep or joy. - "This is a perfect place to get away from the valley heat! The condo is super comfortable for our two adult couples and our 14 granddaughter and her friend. Lots of things to do close by without staying in the crowded beach area a few miles away. Very quiet, well kept neighborhood. Owner was very responsive on the couple questions that I had. Easy check-in and we were lucky to get in a little early. Condo was stocked very well and had everything that helped make our stay easy and comfortable. Pool and golf course are just a short walk. Another really nice course is just a couple miles away. Brian had lots of tips and suggestions on places to see and things to do."

- "We had a wedding to attend in SLO and we are a large family with kids ages 12-4 so we decided to book this place for the location proximity, bedroom accommodations and most importantly the pool. The pool was warm and fun for the whole family and attached to the house (indoor). The house is well lived in but definitely warm and welcoming and super easy to get comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything (including spices) and super sharp knives which is usually not the case at other rental properties. The hosts were responsive, communicative and very friendly. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area and recommend this place to others. We don’t have an infant but there is a crib with bedding and a changing table which is in my opinion, a luxury."

- "This home is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need to cook meals. I visited with my husband, son, sister and my nephew and his family who were visiting from Montana. We were celebrating my nephew's fiancé birthday and the hosts had left a bottle of wine for us, which was so thoughtful. The home has beautiful mountain views and wasn't to far from Pismo Beach. We enjoyed a day at the beach and relaxing in the the peaceful backyard. We will definitely stay there again!"

Black Lake Golf Resort is located on California's sunny Central Coast between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo, and welcomes golfers of all levels. Blacklake, Avila Beach Golf Resorts and several other local Central Coast courses offer discounted golf for our guests. Wineries are too numerous to count which allows a wide selection of wine tasting experiences. Numerous beaches are nearby as well as art galleries and quaint towns to explore.

This very attractive unit is a two story three bedroom two and a half bath that looks out on to the first green of the Oaks course. The unit has been completely upgraded, including stone counter tops, tile flooring in the kitchen and bath rooms, new kitchen appliances, new living room furniture and new king size beds.

The living area contains a wall mounted 55 in HDTV, a DVD/CD player, WIFI, fireplace with gas log as well as a comfortable seating area, dining area and breakfast bar. The sliding glass door opens to the balcony from which can be seen first green of the Oaks course and the 2nd tee box. There is also a gas barbecue on the balcony. The half bathroom is located just inside the front door.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glasses, utensils, cookware, coffee maker and toaster etc.

The three bedrooms are upstairs along with two bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out over the first green on the Oaks course. There is a brightly lit vanity area separate from the master bath as well as a small vanity area in the bathroom. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and a flat screen HDTV. The second bedroom is down the hall and also has a new king size bed. The third bedroom functions as an office with a wall bed and desk. The second bathroom is located at the end of the hall and has a shower and full sized front loading washer and dryer. Both bathrooms were remodeled October 2017.

We are members of the swim club which is within walking distance. The swim club has a nice swimming pool as well as a Jacuzzi hot tub. There is a key available for use by our guests.

There is a carport for one vehicle in the front of the unit and additional parking close by for additional vehicles.
