The Cottage was simply built in the 1920's and updated with function in mind. It is one of the original Colony homes in Atascadero. It is well suited for four people. It has a front porch with rockers that you can enjoy the evenings on...even take your meal there. There are two bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed. Both have a dresser and a closet in their rooms. A full size oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator are provided in the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combination and a heater for your comfort. There is a BBQ in the back yard that is stored in the shed near the house, and a table and chairs for outdoor use. There are a number of oak trees on the property which gives the front yard a park like setting. Deer meander through the yard each evening and you might even see a turkey every now and then. Walk the 'San Clemente loop' and enjoy the diverse architecture of homes and landscaping along the route.
Interesting points of Atascadero: There is fabulous weather. The average high in the summer is 90 degrees, low is 56. The winter highs are 62 and lows are 37. The summers can be gorgeous with warm days and evenings. There is a great park and lake where you can rent paddle boats, canoes, feed the ducks or have a family gathering and rent BBQ pits. Located near the park is the Charles Paddock Zoo. Atascadero hosts many events such as wine tasting, Christmas in the Park and other holiday events each weekend in December, and a summer concert series. We are located two minutes from the 101 freeway. It doesn't matter which direction you travel in SLO county, there is plenty to see. Paso Robles has an event Center with the annual Mid-State fair. Lake Nacimiento is to the North, to the East is Carizzo Plains National monument. To the West is Morro Bay, Caucus. To the North West is Cambria, San Simeon, and our scenic Hi-way 101, To the South is Santa Margarita Lake, San Luis Obispo, Grover Beach and Pismo Beach. There are plenty of hiking trails just a block away. In Atascadero and all the areas near our home just mentioned have hiking trails. In Atascadero there is a lake park and zoo. They offer barbecues, paddle boats, & canoes, to rent. You can feed the ducks at the lake, too. Atascadero Chamber of Commerce can give you many ideas to see and do in our area.
Don't be surprised if you see some kitties protecting our property, which are family pets. It is fun watching squirrels running around the many trees on the property, and birds flying around. In the spring time the smell of lilacs, Star Jasmine, and honeysuckles growing around the property will relax you as you enjoy your stay. The temperature in Atascadero is wonderful. If you are here when the fruit trees have fruit, you can ask to pick some fruit to enjoy. The average highs are in the 90's, in the summer and low is 56. In Winter the highs are 62 and lows are about 37.

They've created this peaceful, private little gem, which feels a little like a mountain getaway but also a little tropical with the refreshing and beautiful pool, which was perfect during the summer. Charmaine thought of everything, even down to reading glasses and ear plugs on each nightstand. We will be back for sure!!" - "My husband and I found the Cabin to be in a great spot for our Paso destination. In fact, it was nice to be just a couple of exits off of the main winery drag (46) as well as only a few miles from downtown PR. As the listing notes, it's not a great place for food -- you'll need to go into PR or Templeton, but we only went into downtown Paso. The place itself is so clean and provides just about everything you can think of that you might need (and everything you didn't know might be interesting), all in two small rooms. I point out the size so that other guests understand that functionally, you've got the best of a suite packed into the size of a hotel room. It's so much more though as well. The grounds are beautiful -- and the pool, hot tub and stone cave shower are the best I have ever experienced anywhere! It's like a resort all to yourself. Communication with Charmaine was instant, and friendly, and she went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Know that you're getting it all packed into a small space sitting atop a huge property with a glorious pool and waterfall beneath your toes as you stand on your porch watching the marine layer roll in and the sun dunking into the horizon like a pink and purple tea bag (oh, and the coffee tea bags are good too!)."

The Carndonagh House is a 1000 sq foot home on two levels. The two upstairs bedrooms are furnished for comfort in the industrial farmhouse style. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and sitting area. Bedroom two has a twin daybed with a twin trundle.

This is a lovely place with all of the amenities. The cottage has a very comfortable queen bed with 1000 thread count linens with your own master bathroom. The bathroom has a full tub with detachable shower head and a large mirror over the sink. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, and coffee maker with free coffee, tea, and water bottles.

The front room is very open with a three stool bar that is connected to the kitchen. There are two couches, one with three seats, and the second is a loveseat. There is updated décor throughout the house that we know you will enjoy. For additional guests, there is a queen size air mattress with built-in pump for easy use, and of course, fresh bed linens and pillows.

The backyard has a fully enclosed fenced area that you can access from the backdoor that has a dog door for easy in/out access for you four legged friend. The fence is fully enclosed and your dog will not be able to escape and the dog door will allow access to house from backyard area.

There are board games for family fun, TV with Netflix, and free WIFI.

The home is cute and everything is new and top of the line. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Nice room darkening curtains and an entrance to the bathroom where you will find bath sheets. So nice and welcoming! The kitchen has everything you could need with a stove I would love to have. The washer dryer combination was interesting and works like a charm. We had plenty of room to park just outside our front door. Quiet and safe. Off to the side there are chairs and table on a cute patio. We saw a deer on our last day. You are close to town and all the stores. We particularly loved Moe’s Pizza with locations in Atascadero and Paso Robles. We walked the beaches of Morro Bay, Avila and Pismo. They are all unique with fun shopping areas and restaurants. We love the Central Coast and will always stay at Steve and Ann’s. Thanks guys!"

Welcome to Mirasol Manor! Perfectly situated between San Luis Obsipo and Paso Robles wine region! Our new home is 10 minutes from downtown Paso and about 5 minutes from the closest winery! The space
Located in a quiet court, the newly built house is a perfect place to vacation with friends and family! The 3000 square foot home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The house comfortably sleeps 10 guests and a baby. We do have a pack and play, please bring your own linens.

The Mini Manor at Mirasol Manor can sleep an additional 4 guests (sleeping a total of 14). The Mini Manor is separate from the main house and provides additional space for larger groups to spread out or offers extra privacy for 4 of your guests that may need a little more quiet time. The Mini has a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom. All parties of 11+ get access to both the main house and Mini Manor. Any party of 10 or less will only get access to our main house. If your party of 10 or less would like access to the Mini Manor there is an additional fee for cleaning and utilities. Please contact the host for how to add this to your stay if interested.

You have 4 parking spots, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no street parking. If you do require additional parking, please let us know and we can help.

The kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials if you want to stay in and cook. We have a propane BBQ in the backyard as well. The backyard is a great place to cook out while playing corn hole or relaxing by the fire pit.

Guest access
Guests are a given a door code to use during their stay. You have access to the entire house and backyard. We have 4 parking spots, 2 in the garage + 2 in the driveway. There is no street parking.

Other things to note
There are smart TVs to stream content, using your personal account. No cable or satellite TV. The upstairs TV has vintage video games. including the original Nintendo!

We have cornhole in the garage. Take it in the backyard to play while BBQing

We do have a pack and play but please bring your own linens.

The space
The entire home is 7 years new, and the rental space was designed to be a completely private residence with no shared spaces. The property was imagined in a French country style, with thoughtful touches throughout. Built directly into a hillside on 2 acres, the property is home to deer, foxes, owls, and more. The home is really two properties in one, with the VRBO on ground level, and the homeowner's residence above. Both residences are 100% private with physical separation and privacy in every way. Often, you'll awake in the morning with deer as close as 10 feet away from your balcony. Sunrises are beautiful from the front of the property, and sunsets are stunning almost nightly from the back balcony.

Over 400 wineries within 20 minutes in all directions. The space has a 6-bottle wine refrigerator to keep your wine purchases at the perfect controlled temperature. While the space feels far from civilization, it is a 1 minute drive to Highway 101 or downtown Atascadero. Being so close to 101 does entail some subtle freeway noise echoing up the hillside, but it's not that noticeable (and undetectable with windows closed).

Perhaps one of the most unique properties in Atascadero, come enjoy our little slice of paradise in the Central Coast.

Guest access
From 101, it's a windy road for one short minute to Z Ranch. When you arrive, there is a parking space for you just in front of the 1-car garage. Proceed through the balcony gate with the Welcome sign to your own private entrance. Self check-in via lock box makes your check-in easy with no friction.

Other things to note
We do enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of the property, and hope you will as well. Our house rules do suggest some limits on visitors, as the space isn't designed with that in mind. If you're seeking a luxurious but serene getaway, this is definitely your place. If you're super social and looking for a place where you can invite friends over without limitation, then this is probably not the right fit for you. Because we also live on the property, we are here to answer any questions you may have, and are super quick to address virtually any issue or concern you may have. At the same time, we value your privacy, so you may not even be aware of our presence. Note also that the manicured portion of the exterior property (visible from the VRBO kitchen windows) is not a shared space, although you do have your own private balcony with a sliding glass door, and incredible views.

The bungalow is very close to Paso Robles Wine County (15 min) with 200+ wineries and restaurants, also a 15 minute drive to the fun and historic San Luis Obispo which has great food and nightlife. You’ll love the location because the quant neighborhood, comfy bed, and perfect for your four-legged friends who will have a fully fenced backyard. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. There are two beds, one real queen bed, and one queen size air mattress.

Lovely Wine Country Bungalow with all of the amenities that is close to Paso Robles Wine Country and five minutes to downtown Atascadero. The cottage has a very comfortable queen bed with 1000 thread count linens with your own master bathroom. The bathroom has a full tub with detachable shower head and a large mirror over the sink. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, and coffee maker with free coffee, tea, and water bottles. This one-bedroom unit is apart of a two-unit duplex and shares one wall with another one-bedroom unit.

The front room is very open with a three stool bar that is connected to the kitchen. There are two couches, one with three seats, and the second is a loveseat. There is updated décor throughout the house that we know you will enjoy. For additional guests, there is a queen size air mattress with built-in pump for easy use, and of course, fresh bed linens and pillows.

The backyard has a fully enclosed fenced area that you can access from the backdoor that has a dog door for easy in/out access for you four legged friend. The fenced backyard area is perfect for dogs since they can not get out and is six feet high. The fully fenced backyard area is private for only guests and not shared with anyone to ensure your pet is not disturbed.

There are board games for family fun, TV with Netflix, and free WIFI.

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away with the thoughtful décor- every detail was beautifully curated, creating warm and inviting atmosphere. The space itself was spotless, well maintained and had all the amenities you would need. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the sunroom was the perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning. The location could not have been better! You are walking distance from downtown Atascadero which has some fun places to eat and grab a coffee. The surrounding cities are easy to get with just a short car drive! We were no more than 20 mins from Paso Robles, Morro Bay and SLO. This was a really convenient location if you are looking to explore all of the surrounding areas!On top of all of that, Steve was an amazing host! He is friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip perfect! The space

This is a spacious 1-bedroom studio furnished with high-end furniture from Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware. The king-sized bed has an Avocado pillow-top mattress and Thuma bed frame. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking essentials, pans, and dishes. All appliances are new, including a dishwasher and refrigerator. The studio also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a walk-in closet, and a large armoire for clothes storage. Additionally, there is a private designated parking area with direct access to the studio.

Guest access
Upon your arrival, you will enter through an iron gate. You will see two designated parking spots with a private walkway that leads to the French door entrance of the studio. You will have access to the patio areas surrounding the studio, which offer multiple secluded and private seating options. Additionally, you will have exclusive access to the rock waterfall hot tub.

Other things to note
ADDRESS ALERT- The home is located on the left side, before the end of the street. The address is displayed on the mailbox. It is NOT the 2 homes at the end of the street. Please do not disturb those neighbors. The owner and his daughter live in the main house. They will not use the hot tub during your stay. The owner is highly allergic to pet hair and has a strict NO PET policy.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport.

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
