The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars and extra garage parking (door has 7' clearance) is available for an ATV trailer or another car. A beach annual pass is available for your use as well. There is a $50 replacement fee required if you should lose the pass. You will find coffee, tea bags, hot chocolate packets, sugars and creamers, snack bars, instant oatmeal packets, and filtered water for your enjoyment. You will have a code assigned for entering and exiting at any time of day or night. You have access to use of the garage for laundry and utility sink, darts, jigsaw puzzles, bikes, beach gear and some reading materials. The two car garage can be used for parking a trailer or car. The garage door access code will be the same as the entrance code that you will be assigned before arrival. The kitchen is set up for meal preps and serving, including a crock pot! This property was a recent addition, constructed in 2020, and is located in a lovely neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. While it does share the lot with another home there are no shared walls or facilities making it nice and private. You enter the property via stairs at the end of the carport parking area which lead you up to a private deck with patio set, most times of day there is a sunny section and shady section. As you come inside, you'll be greeted by the adorable living space, consisting of a living area, breakfast bar, and full kitchen. In the living area you'll find a good size sofa (which does pull out into a bed if needed) coffee table, and Smart TV. Wi-Fi is included with every stay. The breakfast bar with stools is situated between the living area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal and includes a laundry room off to one side with washer and dryer. Through a set of double sliding barn-style doors off the living room is the roomy bedroom with king bed and another Smart TV. They thought 4 rolls of toilet paper was sufficient for a family of 5 staying for an entire week. I also inquired about adding a day on to our stay. They gave me a price and then 2 hours later increased the price. This was both frustrating and disappointing. So we did not stay an additional day. The property is in a great spot right next to the Lagoon and state park, and only a block or so from the Dunes entrance. A perfect spot for someone that wants to take nice walks and be in nature. The apartment itself was comfortable for our family of four. The beds were OK. One complaint is that they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag for our 5 day stay… we asked for more but only received an extra trash bag so we had to go buy more toilet paper. Not an issue worth taking a star over though. Overall, I’d book again next time we visit the Central Coast."
